Beautiful property. Wonderful staff. Comfortable stay.
Staff was friendly and helpful. But the room wasn’t clean and had hair all over it and stains on the floor in bathroom. Found long hairs in bed that aren’t mine and fire alarm went off at 7am and we had to evacuate the building. I was late for my meeting because of that.
Staff are horrible. Could not have cared less about being respectful or courteous. Ignored at main check in, room was dirty when we got it. staff would not clean room, gave me a broom to sweep up myself. Horrible service and dirty room. Stay elsewhere.
While the property itself was very nice and kept the staff I encountered could care less they were working. That is however with the exception of one manager. When I arrived to check in there was an issue of over booking, mind you I had reserved a week prior but instead of communicating the issue the receptionist continually mumbled to her self and the manager there were no rooms available. So for about 10 minutes I stood there listing to whispers instead of being told there was an issue they were working through. Lucky the manager upgraded our room to accommodate us which was very nice of him to do and I am grateful. Now I believe the bigger issue I encounter was during check out. I came down to reception and there was no employee in sight. I rang the bell and waited for a good 5-10 minutes before another guest informed me the receptionist had been outside for sometime in a smoke break. Once I manage to get their attention the attitude was very unenthusiastic and quiet frankly bothered that I had interrupted. The walk inside was slow and sloth like with no apology for the wait. I found my check out was more of an inconvenience to the worker and felt very cheated from a hospitable experience.
The property is under renovation. The floor of the room was covered with fine dust/grit from the drywall. The dust/grit was in the drawers of the dressers as well. The hotel was short on towels, and we never did get washcloths, despite several requests. The staff was friendly, but unable to do anything to improve the situation. Avoid this property.
Okay stay checked out early for some reasons but nice hotel
Bathroom needed some TLC. Molded around tub and odor too. No exhaust system in the bathroom.
Our stay here was less than expected. They seem to have been under construction at the time but so many thing were off that we could not say that we were happy with the experience. The Front Desk evening person was beyond helpful and very concerned as was the Sales Director when we checked out. Housekeeping was a joke but the breakfast was very nice. We would try this again after they get done with all their upgrades. If we could get our room cleaned.
Barking dogs inside, drunk kids and a staff that doesn't care. I asked to be refunded so I might find another hotel and was denied. ...... go elsewhere!
This is my second stay at this location. Both times have been great. I love the area and accessibility to everything you could need. Plenty of resturants and retail stores. I really like that its quiet during the night. There is live music within walking distance. The music can be heard in your room but it really wasn't bad and is over before you know it.
Very pleasant. Heated pool was great on a cool evening. No problems experienced. Would recommend it to anyone. Will stay here if ever in the area.
it was all in all a very good experience, the only issue we could see was there are no benches for the smokers area. Other than that it was an enjoyable experience
The hotel was nice and inviting. The only negative part for me was that the hallway on the third floor smelled like stale smoke. Our room was nice and refreshing and had a very pleasant aroma.

My Family and I went on a family vacation we enjoyed the stay we loved it. We went to Spurs Game and shopping.
Location was great it was near everything. Room was more than expected.
Was able to get into the hotel w/o hassle, rooms were definitely up to par. Would highly recommend it. Didn't check out the pool, and the fitness center is small, but big enough to at least get some workout in.

Thank you for your feedback. We did open recently, and do have the same supply chain issues that the rest of the economy does, although rest assured that normal supplies have been ordered.
