Pleasant. Good breakfast. Helpful staff, just not always in the know.

Great price and location. Only compliant is the breakfast room was hot. We are a family of 5, 2 double beds and a sleeper sofa bed was perfect.

Negatives: hot water was only lukewarm (they were working on it), renovation work being done on the first floor blocking restrooms, hallways, and parking. Positives: guest rooms and halls were recently renovated and are really nice and clean. Great location: a short walk to the Riverwalk and the Alamo. Staff very accommodating and helpful.

No problems. A bit pricey and not my first preference in that area. Free breakfast was good- eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, toast, fruit, etc.

we chose this hotel as it's close to the convention center and taxi was only $6.00 each way. We like the hotel except they did not change our sheets for the 3 day stay and on Friday we come to the room only to find sugar ants on the coffee bar and a few in our bathroom. They were taken care of quickly and we had no further experience with them. The room is large and comfortable and we were happy with the two noted exceptions. There are no amenities in the hotel at all.

I asked for a double queen bed, but the size if the beds are full instead.

Buena estancia!!!! Hotel muy tranquilo recomendable los cuartos muy limpios t cómodos

All the places of interest are close by La Quinta in Suites we enjoy it a lot thanks

Solo preferiria que cambiarán el desayuno; no el mismo menú todo los días.

A wonderful surprise! Easy to find after a 9 hour drive. Great location to walk to everything we wanted to see in San Antonio. The hotel has been updated, the staff is attentive, and the breakfast was better than expected. We couldn't be more pleased.

When I booked the hotel the description stated that it was across the street from the river walk. It is a one mile walk to the river walk! The hotel has two small elevators that is for guests and staff. So the line backs up rather quickly when the staff have to take up the whole elevator with their equipment. Our room had a pull out couch. There was no extra bedding or pillows in the room, when I went to the front desk to ask for pillows for my son they told me the hotel was full and they were out of pillows. nexr day we went up front to request extra towels because we had 5 people and only 4 towels. Once again they said they are booked and only have one person working the floor so they are not sure how long it would take. We ended up looking for the cleaning person ourself and getting a towel. I would not stay in this hotel again. It is not close enough to anything to walk to so you still have to drive and pay for parking. If you have to drive to the river walk you might as well stay a little further away and get a hotel at a better price.

Enjoyed our time with LaQuinta. The staff, from desk clerk to cleaning staff were very helpful. We had no idea where to go or how to get there when we arrived in San Antonio, Tx. They made our time so much more convenient and enjoyable. Great breakfast to start our days! Looking forward to a return trip.

Very comfortable room and hotel with extremely helpful and responsive staff. A bit of a walk to the Riverwalk but close enough to El Mercado.

All rooms are non smoking, but our room has the smell of smoke. Amenity goods are very limited and furnitures are old.

First thing...great, free parking! Nice staff. Could have been cleaner.

Our stay was a very nice experience, all employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well managed and our room smelled fresh & clean.

Staff was great. Room was clean. Overall great experience for my first time in San Antonio. Definitely will be staying at this hotel soon.

Great base for exploring the city and sights. Breakfast sets you up for the day.

Let me start off by saying I expected so much more from this hotel. For one this hotel is way over priced. I was just passing through for the night and decided to splurge a bit with staying there but I should have payed a bit more for something worth it. The front desk lady working the night I got in was very friendly but I was disappointed finally getting in the room. It was dirty, had things in the fridge, and a dirty towel on the BR door. Also the sheets were ripped.

Ended up staying an extra day in San Antonio last minute so we booked this hotel cause it looked nice online and reviews were quite positive. Its in a good location, close to downtown San Antonio. The hotel was very worn out and it was very noticeable as soon as you walk in. It smelled old, looked old, the elevators looked old with chipped paint and dirty floors, hallways looked old, and once getting to our room we walked into a sauna. The AC was broke and it was super hot. Furniture looked like furniture from the 80's. It was just bad. We called front desk and asked if we could get a refund or switch to the other Quinta thats in downtown San Antonio which is minutes away and they said no, that if we canceled with them there was nothing they could do and i would have to pay another two hundred dollars to stay at the other location. They moved us to a different room with working AC which was good but I just couldn't sleep comfortably. I won't go back, wasn't worth the money.
