I've stayed here a couple of times before and the reasons I go back are listed in the title of this review. It's a good place to stay if you're traveling on business in that area. The staff is very accommodating, friendly and efficient. I checked in very late. About 11pm and the desk clerk took notice that I prefer I high room. They had some kids basketball teams staying for that night and she kept me on the top floor and them on the 1st & 2nd. I appreciated that she realized they might make some noise in the halls being kids. I had no issues. The bed is comfortable and the room was ice cold. It's a 5 minute ride from the airport and the shuttle will pick you up if you call them. Walking distance to some good places to each. They have an indoor pool, and a gym. Plenty of parking if you have a rental car. In the lobby they have a Bistro. They serve fresh Starbucks coffee thats very good. The only issue I had was that the yogurt and granola I bought was a bit short of food. Look at the pic to see what I mean. Not the end of the world. They serve beer and wine at night as well. The lobby can be used for business meetings if you need to discuss things with associates.

You want to stay in a clean, basic hotel that is near the airport, this could be it for you then. There is a Papadeaux literally in the parking lot for a good meal once you arrive. The hotel has a courtyard restaurant with happy hour specials, by the way, the specials are double the price of Papadeaux so take the walk. Overall my room was very nice with lots of USB plugs which is a great touch.

I checked in earlier this afternoon, and the AC wasn't working correctly in my room. Robert the most amazing maintenance guy ever quickly came up and confirmed it wasn't working properly. He went down to Chase at the front desk and they both made sure that I was swiftly moved to a new room where the AC works perfectly! The level of customer service provided by Chase and Robert is TOP-NOTCH!! So glad I'm staying at a hotel where they care about their customers!

I visit San Antonio a few times a year and this is a clean, safe, reliable place to stay. It is close to everything with the added benefit of free, onsite parking. I will warn that there have been some break-ins of cars in the side parking lot, so make every effort to park up front. They do lock a gate to the side parking lot at around midnight. This is more of a San Antonio issue than a Courtyard issue. The rooms are spacious enough for my family of 5 to stay comfortably and the staff is very accommodating.

The second we walked int our room, we knew housekeeping here gets a gold star. The property was spotless in all common areas and the staff well trained. This was a very busy weekend as well. Not the best location for serenity, as you back up to a Pappadeaux parking lot on one side, a parking garage on the other and a Fairfield sister property, but a good location in the jumble of San Antonio freeway madness. The price was right also.

My stay at the Marriott Courtyard was wonderful and rewarding, the staff was great, Alexis and Tina was super. Very helpful team, even upgrades my room, Would stay here often. great location as well. Thanks Ms. Norma for taking care of it. Super friendly and pleasant

I hate to even write this because I LOVE the Marriott brand. Lobby is fine, bistro is fine, front desk team were very kind and helpful.... and then I walked into my room, which was room 210... the space between the door and the door jam was at least 1/4 to 1/2 inch. I could see through it. The bath tub was stained and dirty - the tile on the bathroom floor was not only dirty but loose and moved when I stepped on it. The decorator attempted with room updates and modern tones, but the furniture was way too large for this room - WAY too large - there was barely a one foot gap to squeeze between couch and bed to get to the side of the bed. - would not go back.

I stayed at the Courtyard San Antonio Airport/North Star Mall during a recent business trip. The hotel is a bit confusing and tough to find if you're not from Texas. The hotel is located behind a really busy restaurant called Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen (Creole/Seafood - literally busy every night with live music!) However, parking was not affected for the hotel. The hotel itself is pretty small, but there was a large lobby with lots of different style tables and tv for you to sit and work if you don't want to hang out in your room. The room itself was a really good size and pretty clean. Overall the hotel is near the highway and close to a lot of food options as well as the mall. About 15 minutes from the convention center, Riverwalk, and the Alamo.

Last week I stayed somewhere locally that turned out to have mice droppings, but this week, what a refreshing place to rest before flying home! Super friendly staff, CLEAN, and very very comfortable! I will definitely make this my place to stay when I visit San Antonio!
