I got bitten by bed bug!
It smelled and was in worse shape than I expected. Stairwell and side exit grubby. Room smelled bad. The carpet should be clean and it was not. I'd get in the shower and all sorts of hair and dirt came off my feet. Grounds were not taken care of - quite a mess.
I would never recommend this property to anyone. We had roaches in our room. We were so grossed out.
The room was smells very bad , the bathroom wasn’t clean and the shower didn’t have curtain or shampoo or conditioner. Beds didn’t have covers we had to go down stairs asking for covers. We ordered a crib for my baby and they said this is the last one the have and they give it to us in the box we had to set it and it was broken at the end so we didn’t use it.

The person that helped us check in was extremely rude. His greeting was “what’s up?” He would ask for ID without saying please and thank you. At the end he just told us where the elevator was at, didn’t say thank you, or have a good night. Since when is it ok to greet you with a “what’s up?” He forgot we were customers.

Carpet was wet under the AC window unit. Gross I wonder how they prevent mold frkm spreading.
We had to keep changing rooms as they smelled of animal urine and general uncleanliness. It is strange as we have been staying in this hotel for years with no problems. The free laundry, look and exercise room DO NOT make up for the awful smells. I think they just need to change the carpet.

The suite with a kitchenette sounds like a good idea, but there just isn't enough seating or table space for in-room dining. With no breakfast offering and only once-a-week room cleaning, the price seems too high.
