Booked this hotel for 1 night, My family and I stayed in Room 400. This room needs upgrading. Carpet was dirty, does not have all white bedding, bathtub had mildew, and behind the bathroom door needs serious attention! Overall, price was reasonable which is why we booked here. Check in Lobby is a nice area, rooms and hallways outdated!

This place was very clean. The staff were friendly and when our air conditioner broke, they moved us to a different room immediately. Very quiet and full breakfast included.
For the price I paid I expected better features and newer appliances. Also housekeeping knocked on my door at 9am to check out which was very rude.
It was a little hard to get to from the interstate.

The place is very nice, the staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable. I do however have 2 things that could have been better. #1 outdoor seating. Due to covid all the indoor lounge areas were off limits so some outdoor seating would have been a big plus. #2 adding non-meat items to breakfast options such as potatoes or oatmeal, all that was available was meat & eggs. Other than that our stay was comfortable.
Very nice room. The hotel night desk person was extremely friendly and helpful. They offer the breakfast very early to accommodate those going to graduation on base. Would definitely recommend this hotel for people going to graduation on lackland AFB.
I liked the convenience of how close it was to the Air Force base. They akso provided helpful information on the Air Force basic training graduation. Very helpful, friendly staff.

Convenient for getting to Lackland AFB. Motel staff provided information about the graduation ceremony that they had prepared prior to our arrival. The pages of info provided to me were extremely helpful. That staff at the front desk are very helpful.
