It was nice place. Rooms need to have microwave and mini fridge.

It was a great hotel. The staff was perfect very kind. Breakfast was very good. Only complaint was that there was no microwave or mini fridge.

Carpet needs to be taken out its old old old old made my allergies flare up....my girlfriend even got sick and she had booked a room for fri-mon cancelled late and took penalty charge for cancellation late fee $54

Hotel staff is rude, Check out time is 11.00 pm. At 10.30 Am The staff go around all the room knocking on doors making sure you are out. And physically go into the rooms taking out trash even while your things sre in there. Loud and rude. Never again

The pictures of the hotel overview were not the same hotel when I arrived. Online it said pet friendly only to find out it didn't allow pets with a $250 charge if you had one. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk and waited for 15 minutes for the clerk to arrive from picking up lunch. I didn't use the credit card that I reserved with, but he charged t anyway. The rooms were nice but the toilet was clogged and gross. Called front desk & got no answer, guess he was picking up food. There was coffee but no coffee maker. There was low life people hanging around outside, arguing. Every night there were people just "hanging" around. Very uncomfortable when having to walk to the car.

Opened door to find TV on, bed messed up, no one there? mgt. said TV being worked on, had to argue to change rooms. Went to get ice, both (2) machines out of order, loud guests, dated (old) rooms, and parking lot full of cops, 4, in the morning. Will never stay there again.

Excellent stay, room was clean. I was amazed with the clean restroom & especially the bathtub, very clean.

Hotel was very run down the price was kind of high for the condition of the room and hotel more than likely won't stay here again.

I usually use expedia..this was my first time with orbitz hotels, I booked based on rating and regret it. This was a terrible experience we ended up at a hilton instead.. first room was already occupied was moldy and water damaged to the point you could smell it upon entering the room..there was a huge industrial fan in the room attempting to address the smell... The second room had beds that were sunken in, a terrible smell and was dimly lit. It was truly a trashy hotel..pool water was not clear. The parking lot was full of people loitering and the staff was nice, but denied any wrong doing insisting the management was not there. When I asked for a refund instead they gave me a letter that said sorry I cancled my reservation. I didn't cancel I was there attempting to check in. But the rooms were so disgusting I could not stay there with the smome, mold, water damage and occupied rooms.I called again the following day and they assured the refund would post. Its been three days.. STILL NO REFUND and on top of that we spend another 1:25 that night on a hilton we didn't get into bed until after 1:00 am!!

The Room was ok eventhough the hairdryer didnt work

This hotel should be shut down. My first night I received bed bug bites and saw baby cockroaches. I complained and moved to another room. That room had NO phone in case of emergency and NO soap to shower with. They also told me that I was charged an "authorization" fee which is NEVER to be done through Orbit. I had to call again to report it and the manager was not there. This hotel should be shut down. I reported everything to the BBB and encourage others to do the same. I've stayed at other Baymont hotels and they are in pristine condition but this one is run by the Indians and is poorly managed. Stay far away from it!!!

Walking into the room I smelled muggy and unsanitary smell. There was hair on the toilet. The bedspreads did not smell clean at all. There were many oily smudges on the window. Our key did not fit the door so a couple who were standing by opened our door with their key (not sure if they worked there) ?? We asked for our money back because we did Not spend the night and they only refunded us the second day. They did not refund the first night because we checked in at 3 and left to go eat something and came back at 8 pm, so the manager said it was past 3 pm and that we used it for 5 hours. Even after we explained that we did Not use it, he refused to refund the first night for $59.00. We are working with our credit card company to try and get a refund that way. Next time, we will ask to check out the room before we check in at All Hotels. "yuck!"

Our first room had ants on the bed and floors and the air condition did not work. We were moved to a second room and it had roaches (several roaches and I'm not exaggerating) and the door to the bathroom appeared to have been punched broken. There was no manager to approve a refund.

None good people to help uou and a place that need maintance and need to be clean

Old hotel and very small rooms which are not what is advertised on the internet. Besides the location and friendly staff, bad experience altogether & will not be using this hotel again much less recommend it to anyone.

We didn't see much of the hotel only to sleep, but still breakfast was as expected...waffles. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Quiet Air. Staff was friendly.

It was a very bad experience. Half of the things were not working in the room. The main light switch wasn't working. Bathroom was very dirty, water wasn't draining out of the bathtub.

The shower from hotel was dirty and gave us a room with someone else there already in it.
