Check in was excellent and fast. The room is clean but it does not have USB chargers. I was unaware that there was a charge for parking and a $100 insurance that if not used is refundable after the stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. I love the location, close to everything. Walkable distance to every tourist attraction and restaurants.
I stayed for a week while attending a major conference at the Convention Center. Sure, I had to walk an extra block or so, but I kind of laughed at all the other people spending 2 or 3 times as much to stay in the fancy hotels. This place is great! A bargain for sure!
Stained comforter, stains on wall, and hair in the bed. Smells stale and old. Front desk person was helpful. You get what you pay for. Not worth the slight savings.

Place was fine for a one night stay. Absolutely ridiculous that they make you pay for parking in their car park. Wouldn’t recommend simply because of that.
Save your money and go to another hotel. I tried really hard to like it when I got there. At check in, the guy kept telling me, “No Smoking, No Damage” Ok, that’s fine. I walk into our room and the room reeked of smoke. “Breakfast” is literally a yogurt, granola bar, pop tart in a bag. No pool, when asked he said it was closed. Killed a cockroach in the room. Cleaning wasnt too bad except the dead cockroach stayed in the same spot the whole time we were there so we know they didn’t sweep.

The pool was advertised but no pool. No breakfast. Many transients. Besides that it was great bc of great helpful staff, even room cleaners. And wonderfully close to downtown. Prices were good.
