A little off the beaten path, but hotel was nice, clean and friendly. Room was a little warm but front desk was able to provide a fan which was wonderful. Staff was very nice and helpful. Bathroom was good size but shower needs more of a door/curtain as our floor was soaked after the shower.

Very good hotel for a reasonable price with excellent staff, Rene on reception in particular. Enjoyable, value for money breakfast. Location very good for all sightseeing activities and close to Panorama Tours departure point. Only downside - no bar!

Stayed here for 2 nights and most definitely wasn’t disappointed. We arrived early but were able to leave our bags and the central location meant we were just a 10 minute walk from the Mirabell gardens. We returned early evening and asked the receptionist for advice on where to eat well what can I say apart from Rene was amazing!! Not only informative and extremely helpful but really really nice and friendly and made the stay so much better. The rooms are lovely we weren’t in them long enough but nice comfy beds and nice big bathroom. I would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone.

Our standard room (and ensuite bathroom) at the Mozart was impeccably clean and had a lovely view of the mountains. There was a safe in the room and enough space for my daughter and me to move around. Electrical outlets were in good locations. The front desk staff were all attentive, helpful and friendly, and the included breakfasts were satisfying, although the selection was somewhat limited. Regardless, lots of cheeses, a few fruits and vegetables and fresh breads were enough for us, and the coffee was good. The gals working in the kitchen and dining area were happy to oblige in any way they could. The Mozart is in an excellent location, across the street from buses that go to both the train station and airport, although we walked to the hotel after taking the bus from the airport to train station. The hotel is also within very easy walking distance of the old town, all the sights, a corner grocery store, shops, and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for 4 nights, and felt we got good value for the money spent.

Stayed here for 4D/5N and I can’t applaud the staff enough, especially Rene who was such a massive help to me. The room while nothing fancy was really clean, the bed was comfortable. The location is near restaurants and Mirabell gardens but far enough from the noise. I would definitely stay here again and have recommended this highly to friends. Excellent service- well worth every penny! One suggestion though: electric kettle in the room please for late night tea drinkers like me

This is our second last stop in Austria, we decided to try out their local hotel Mozart. Booking over Agoda is easy and get it done real quick. The hotel staff is very warm and welcome us. Rene also explained my card having problem they tried many times again but failed. In normal procedure they would have cancel our booking but they didn’t, really appreciate this! He stay is wonderful, the room is clean and tidy. This location is near the center, you can reach to many restaurant nearby by foot. If you are looking for simple, affordable hotel near town, this is the one!

Really nice hotel! All attractions within walking distance from the place. We got a really nice big room on the 5th floor with a lovely view. We had breakfast once - everything very fresh and tasty. Great service from everyone we met. One thing that would make it even nicer would be tea & coffee making facilities in the room, but that's only a minor thing! Would recommend for sure.

We stayed at the Hotel Mozart for 4 nights in February. It is a lovely hotel, traditional style. We had a large bedroom and bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. We even had a balcony but with temperatures around -7c we did not use it! On our first night we found the bedroom a little cold so we were immediately provided with supplementary heating. The hotel is a 10 min walk, across the river to the old town but there is quite a lot to see and do on the hotel side. We thought the nearby Italian restaurant recommended by the staff was excellent (Vino and Pasta). We took 2 half day trips by public transport to St Gilgen and Bertchesgaden which we thoroughly enjoyed, both less than an hour away and beautiful scenery.

Recently back from our three night stay at the Mozart Hotel. We had pre arranged for the hotel to arrange our transport from the airport to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel early and we were greeted by Bruno. Our room was already for us. Nice and big and very bright with two windows. Nice view too. The room was spotless as was the bathroom. Breakfast was served daily and we enjoyed all on offer and had the eggs and bacon. The ladies were so helpful and always had a smile. We enjoyed a drink in the lounge area one evening. Missed having a bar but the staff were able to oblige. Bruno booked all our tours and was so helpful with any local information. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We will definitely be returning to the Mozart hotel when we visit Salzburg next. Many thanks for having us. Amina and Nick Kellie room 403 x

My family stayed for 3 nights in a family room which had a double bed + a single for our daughter. The room was warm and comfortable, albeit quite small with the single bed and a glass-top coffee table that we were always bumping into. The hotel is well managed with pleasant staff and in top-notch condition.
