We had a really good time here with my family. Food is good. Drinks are good. Breakfast is quite abundant. Room service is good too. My brother had an accident in the pool: he slipped and cut his leg in the pool (it has cutting edges) so emergencies came and helped him and sewed him well so we are really thankful of their services. Nevertheless, it was hard to find people who talked in Spanish although many guests are from Argentina. There was no entertaining for young kids.
we've been at this hotel for the 1st time because several friends recommend it and let me tell you it is great. the there are several villages and each one has several rooms. the rooms are clean and confortable, the pools are awesome and the beach too, even if there is a 300 mts walkway, which is nice to do ( there is also a bus going in and out constantly). this is an all inclusive resort so the foods and the drinks were excepcional. we have 2 kids (5 and almost 2 years old) and they enjoyed everything , specially the activities the the hotel have for them. they shows at night were good too. I also had to use the build-in medical facilities and the doctors were really good too. the only cons I have found is that this hotel is targeted to families with kids , most of these families uses strollers for the kids and the hotel only has 1 elevator in the main lobby but the villages (where the rooms are) and other facilities don't have even ramps . we were at the 2nd floor so I had to take the stroller by the stairs.
Pros. Great infraestructure. Beautiful beach, surrounded with palm trees. Nice place for a family stay. Cons. Beach water colder than the Caribbean. No fan extractor in the bathroom. No Pisco in the bars.
Service does not match resort's proposal or price. We arrived and pre checked in as informed our room only would be ready at 3PM. At 3:30 I returned to get our room keys but, for our surprise, arriving at the bedroom it was not ready at all. For dinner they have 3 thematic restaurants that you should make reservations. We did, and arriving at the scheduled time, 6:30PM, the restaurant was not open. It opened 10 minutes later and with a huge wait line to be seated... Terrible!!! Do not recommend, only if you get a really nice deal...
We spent 10 days in this great hotel. We have 2 little kids and they enjoyed the stay a lot. Good and healthy food options. Good entertainment during day and night. Service was very good too. A little bit hot and humid in february.
This resort has a really good structure but needs improvements in the services. People are mostly bored with really bad service. Room had some problems, tried to phone but had to walk back into the reception to try to solve the problem. It would be 5 stars if they improved these little things.
we spent 5 days in this resort. lets start: 1. receptionist, very friendly, all of them speaks spanish very fluently. 2. rooms are amazing, nice, new, clean, could not ask for something better. 3. food, i was expecting more local food, but it seems the hotel wants to please all the Argentinian guest, supposed is not a mistake... i liked the food, lots of options and good food. 4. swimming pool. many pools, lots of space, very clean, and lots of lifeguards in all of them. 5. beach.... beautiful beach, the drinks are the best one at the beach. 6. doctor.. one of my kids felt and open his head, we needed to see the nurse at 4 AM and then the doctor at 8 AM, the hotel sent the car to pick us up to the lobby and nurse was nice and helpful, could not say the same about the doctor, she was not helpful... to be honest, the lifeguard at pool knew how to handle my kid better than the doctor.. but overall, was not a massive incident... lucky us we made the insurance at the hotel, if not this could cost us a fortune.. 7. animation... this was AMAZING !!! all day at the pool you have a massive team of animators that try to get everyone involved with many activities for all ages and genders. I must say there was a special animator that was in charge of everything, not sure if he was the manager, in case he wasnt, for sure he should be, if im not mistaken his name is Xandinho... always positive, always smiling, being nice with everyone... hotel should be very proud of him (it means they could give him a bonus :-) ). 8. dinner restaurants: -churrascaria is the best one -sushi, not good, and please note, you have 2 kinds of reservation the regular sushi one and the table one (is where the guy makes the show at the plata). -the other one that i dont remember the name... was nice.. Kids loved it, they didnt want to join the kids club, but had a great time at pool. for sure this is a place to return!!! the only minus was the wifi.. not really working outside the room or lobby.
In my opinion is the best all inclusive I ever stay, great food, great location, the pool is awesome, the people who works there it's even better, every night they have show for kids, them for adults, they know how to treat people. I recommend it 100%,great for kids I will be back for sure.
We spent there a bit over a week and it was a perfect place to rest and forget about the outside world. Rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated. Very clean. The food in the buffet is always fresh and tasty and the thematic restaurants have all outstanding dishes. We liked the Japanese restaurant the most. Divine pleasure at the end of the day. Very nice swimming pools with bars and entertaining programme. But our best place was the beach, with wonderful breeze and views, and on top of it the best beach bar, great service, fresh juices and all kind of cocktails you can think of.
Beautiful resort in Imbassai, Bahia. One hour by car from the airport of Salvador. The pool is incredibly big! There is a kids pool as well. Everything is so clean, the rooms are large and modern, and all the rooms have a jacuzzi tub. The foods and drinks are all inclusive. Everything is absolutely delicious! There are also foods and drinks at the pools and at the beach area all day! Luxury hotel! I recommend it !
