Bedspreads were filthy. We asked for clean ones and was told to wait until the next morning when the Housekeeping staff came in. The sofa in the entrance was so dirty you didn't want to sit on it. We cancelled our reservation after the first night and moved to a different hotel.

The trash can was not emptied. I found some snacks on the desk, which should be from previous guests. The towel seems not replaced as well. Feels like very dirty.

Not only does it have a great location for mountain skiing, but it has lots of convenient stores around it. The Smiths supermarket is 200 yards away and 24 hours. Trader Joes, Starbucks, In and Out burger, etc, are all close. The room was clean and nice, bathrooms a bit dated, but for this price, appropriate. Bed was comfy and clean. Great value all around the the front desk guy was awesome. I didn't try the breakfast stuff, which looks limited, but a Pancake house is nearby.

Warped bathroom floor, stained comforter, dirty carpet, old soap particle in tub drain, bad TV placement, no functioning climate control.

My reservation was double-charged. I was put in a dirty room & it wasn't cleaned daily during my 3 night stay. Fresh linens were not provided daily & police were on-site to arest a person on site.

this was a business trip. I was very pleased with our stay. we arrived a little late in the evening and after unpacking and having dinner( there is a dennys fairly close by) , it was 1 o'clock in the morning. no worries the friendly staff informed us that the hot tub was available 24 hours a day.

It was a bit loud there. The big plus though was that it was close to the freeway and anything else you could imagine!

Easy access on & off the highway. I used it to get easy access to get down to Yellowstone w/o having to pay the crazy prices close to the park.

Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Noisy neighbors the second night who continued to slam doors as they came in/out all through the night. Suspected inappropriate activities. Spa was more like a sauna making it unusable. Breakfast included

2 nights - necessary stay - slept fine - nice staff

Great location and service, came to Salt Lake to visit friends and Snowboard and Super8 Midvale was pretty great only think i could want was a small fridge in room common kitchen/breakfast nook was convient.

This particular hotel really needs to invest in new pillows. They were as flat as pancakes and ended up with a sore neck. New bed linens would be good as well as they are thin. Also please don't use cotton/poly towels, they DON'T dry the body after showering, you can dry and dry and dry yourself and still be wet. Hotel staff were very friendly.

Rooms are very small with few amenities. No microwave or fridge. Closet doubled as entertainment center, which consisted of an old CRT tv set. Quality of construction was poor. Bathroom door was so far out of square you could literally see through the crack which extended from the floor to the door catch. The floor coverings were all cut short from the edges exposing the underflooring. The front door to the room had a rubber seal/trim between the hallway carpet and room carpet. It was very poorly fitted, so much that the door wouldn't even close without putting your weight into it. Cheap construction and I guess I got what I paie for. If you just need a place to crash for the night, this will do. We came to stay for two nights and ski. There was hardly enough room in the closet to store our ski gear for two. The staff was extremely friendly which was a plus. Also the hot tub area was very small, but the tub was well maintained and helped with the sore muscles from skiing. I guess the theme here is "small." The breakfast area was small as was the dining area. It looked like they took a room and converted it to accommodate the kitchen, serving, and dining areas.

The hotel had many restaurants and easy to travel around the city. The rooms were small and outdated. For the nightly rate, I would suggest going to another location.

small rooms, helpful staff.

not clean

This was the closest hotel to the seminar I was attending. It turned out perfect for my needs.

Attended granddaufgter's wedding

We used this motel as a base for ski trips up the cootonwood canyons

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, providing us with detailed information. The hotel is conveniently located on a ski bus route, which is appreciated by skiers.
