Shuttle available everywhere... Super helpful staff... Awesome breakfast spread.. Modern and comfortable room. Would definitely return here on our return to SLC.

Great staff, gave us great advice on what to see and where to eat for our short stay.

Had a two night stay. Everything was great, especially the breakfast. Such a nice variety of foods and drinks. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. Overall an excellent stay and experience.

I loved everything about my stay, the room, price, except being in Suite 101, which is super noisy with banging from nearby water pipes, possibly and elevator shaft, etc. Don't know, but it was very noisy starting very early in the morning, and ear plugs did not help too much. Other than that the room was impeccable, hotel amenities superb, in every other way highly recommended. I'll just get another room further away from the center next time.

This was a nice place to stay. Staff helpful. We used the shuttle to go downtown and back again. Very convenient for us so we didn't have to park our car.

The staff was so pleasant and went out of their way to be helpfull. The room was clean and well maintained. Everything just clicked for us. We will be staying here on our return trip this fall with out question.

We stayed here while visiting SLC for vacation. It is close enough to walk downtown (a longer walk) or to a train station that takes you there for free (about 3 city blocks away). It was very clean and great facilities.

we arrived in Salt Lake before 2:00 p.m. we were able to check in earlier than 3:00. That was a bonus because we had meetings to go to. The room was nice and spacious compared to other motel rooms that cost more. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast did have issues. They were doing some remodeling work and apparently the day before, the fire sprinklers had gone off in the breakfast area. The gal that was setting up breakfast had water soaked plates and plastic utensils under the counter Much to her surprise. So breakfast was a little later than 7:00 Overall, it was a nice time.

Loved the hotel and staff. Breakfast good. Quiet clean. Wished they would have told us they were going to turn water off for repairs so we could have been done showering from pool just before check out. Pool nice super clean, but small. Couch a little worn but everything clean and comfortable. Paul mitchell shampoo in rooms. Bed comfy also.

Good place to stay. Location was also good. Breakfast should be served earlier than 6am.

Great hotel. Fantastic value. Wish it was a tad closer to downtown

My 11 year old son and I stayed for 2 nights so we could visit the zoo and water-park. We were very happy with the room. Very clean, beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows, included a cozy separate seating area with love seat, 2 chairs and a large writing desk. Inside the front door there was a sink, microwave, fridge and cupboard with real glass glasses. We stayed in a Springhill Suites hotel in El Paso last year. This was identical right down to the lollypops on the front desk counter. The one thing I was not impressed with was the continental breakfast. Not so much but just OK. Also do not expect a view of the beautiful mountains surrounding Salt Lake City. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

My experience was very good. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable in every way. We even lucked out with the other guests -- really nice people. Breakfast was nice. The price was right. We'd go there again.

[...]had the address wrong in the email, took us to by the train station. With the GPS searched "Spring Hill Suites" and got there... little frustrated. The hotel computers did not run well enough to run the internet making printing things impossible. The manager even had me use his to no avail, recommend to print all things before going there.

The room was nice. I thought there would be a second TV in sitting area that would make the room more exceptional and convenient. As it was the TV had to be shared and viewed from a distance from each room. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and at a good temp. although the pool was a bit small.

Sight-scene. Hotel was fantastic and really had a good time

Rooms are spacious and nice. I was pleasantly surprised that I could not hear the 2 bus loads of football players once we got to our room. Hot tub was out of order, would have been nice to know that before we booked. Breakfast was nice.

The SpringHill Suites Salt Lake City Downtown was a great hotel for the rate. It was new, which is very importnat to me. The hotel staff were completing some repair work on the 4th floor, so there were strange paint/staining wood fumes in the hallway. However, overall room was large and comfy. Very new and clean. Also, they had cookies in the lobby every afternoon. Staff was very good. Gym and pool area was new but small. Overall, I would stay again.

The Marriott Springhill Suites Salt Lake Downtown was very comfortable. The room had two double beds and two areas for hanging clothes. There was a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. Had an internet connection for the computer. Breakfast was provided each morning.
