Although the staff was very friendly, the room had not been cleaned very well prior to check in. In addition, the room had a wired smell to it; an odd musky aroma that I could best describe as a combination of large wet dog and failure....

It is not flash, but it is cheap. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot, had a refrigerator. A bit small both room and bathroom. There was a bit of drama with past guests fighting or trying to get back in. I think they were part of a rehab program. That was a bit disturbing. And they need to work on the gym a bit, but at least they had a treadmill and a room.

Hotel smelled. Constructions dust. Sticky floor in lobby and hallway. First room the toilet overflowed. Second room was called an upgrade. Room was fairly clean but bedding was very old and worn. Furniture was old and worn. Smelled. TV picture was not clear on any station. Breakfast was very limited and seemed old.

Although the room had been serviced and the bed was made, the room did not appear to have been cleaned very well. There were still tea bags and paper towels throughout the room, presumably from the previous tenant.

The Lobby is clean and the staff was pleasant but the moment you leave the lobby, the hotel becomes very dirty. We had three rooms all in varying states of shabbiness. We had to have the sheets changed in one of the rooms as they had been used. One room had very dirty curtains (human fluids) and one had a very moldy bathroom.

My bike was stolen at this hotel. And on my floor there was a disbute between a man & a woman, resulting in the police arriving to the hotel at 1am to arrest the man for beating the woman. Horrible experience. The hotel is trashy!

Checked in, walked to room, walked to desk, checked out.

To many homeless coming in and out Waiting room smell really bad Looks like homeless shelter

Relieved there was a room available last minute, as most hotels were booked. Walking in the room smelled like something was rotten no other rooms were available. After my 4 year old fell asleep I looked under the bed wondering if there was a small dead animal. There was a dirty plastic container. Must have been there a long time. There was a wet area on the floor which was still there in the morning, must have been something under the carpet at the pad level. The walls were dirty, just needed someone to take the time to really deep clean. Opened the window for fresh air at one point trying to fall asleep it's downtown so police sirens, people shouting. No screen on the window didn't know if something would cone flying in the window. Closed it. The desk attendant on the morning was difficult to understand with his foreign accent. I wasn't even going to try to explain.

I was there for 2 nights for a conference and most hotels were booked. I chose this hotel because it was only 5 blocks from the show. I believe on a normal week the rooms cost about $60 but for the show the management decided to change over $200 a night. I understand the temptation to charge whatever the market will bear. However, if you are charging so much to business travelers, it would be nice to have the basics work like internet access as well as maybe offer some of extra services such as free shuttle to the show/ airport or premium breakfast/ coffee.

Few amenities but great location to walk around or hit public trans. Good price too

It was great, but I experience few insect bites probably for the bed sheets.

It was terrible. I could not sleep at night due to the numerous amounts of stomping and slamming and pounding noises from the guests staying upstairs. I did not enjoy it. I would recommend it to anyone looking fora cheap placplace to stay. It's cheap!

Provides the basics, OK Bed, Fridge, Shower. No pool or whirlpool. Breakfest is Coffee, juice, cereal or muffin. No transportation. No printer. Just the basics

Didn't spend much time in the hotel as I was on business trip, but while there I felt fine. A little shabby but clean room, clean sheets and towels daily, but also liked the eco-friendly attitude in case you don't want your sheets changed every day. Free wireless internet, coffee & daily newspapers make it more homy, TV could have more programs though. Super-kind and helpful staff. Continental breakfast makes the price even more acceptable, only could add some inexpensive fruit like apple and banana.

Phone didn't work, and barely any hot water. Not a good stay

Clean rooms and friendly staff. For what a Super 8 is, this was great.

The place has been extensively remodeled. Everything was new and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location to downtown is great. I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

I stayed here in February 2010 prior to heading over to Park City for a Ski weekend. This motel served its purpose as a one night stayover. The location was near several bars, restaurants and tourist landmarks within walking distance. The staff was friendly and I enjoyed the free continental breakfast and free internet service.

Great Location, all kinds of places to eat, both fast food and sit down. Room was small but very comfortable, nice firm mattress. Great Staff.
