Very noisy. The cleaning lady came knocking at 7:30 am. Shower curtain had too many holes to be in use. Towel rod fell apart. Not very clean. My wife had to clean the headboards because it was very dusty. Not worth it. Will not recommend and will not stay there again.

We arrived late and our flight was at 6 am. I called ahead and asked if there's a restaurant at the hotel. Front desk staff said it's closed. I asked if there's anything close by the hotel and he said "I HAVE NO IDEA". Really??? We checked in and we couldn't find our room by following the signs. Went back to the front desk and the same guy said to keep going and disregard the signs. Never going back nor recommending this place to anyone, in fact I told my friends who travel to avoid this hotel.

We picked this hotel because we thought it was a good franchise name. Wow, way wrong. Not only will I not stay here again but will probably never trust the Ramada name again. It was nice to be able to leave your car on site when you fly, and the free breakfast is goog but the overall conditions and smell far outweigh the good.

Had a long wait in both directions for the airport shuttle. Staff were apologetic and very helpful but the delays were frustrating. Accomodation was very dated and the rooms did not feel completely clean. Quite hotel in a convenient location but extremely basic.

Need a place to get to the airport. Have stayed in the area before but never here . Was impressed by the staff, rooms and food. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was rude! The clerk gave me wrong instructions on how to find my room; so I carried my bags all around the place looking for my room. I went back to the front desk and he told me " I told you to go to the right back door" that wasn't true but I wasn't going to argue with him at almost 1 am in the morning. I was tired!

Convenient to get to the airport the shuttle as a convenience for sure. There are no elevators so if climbing stairs are an issue request a bottom floor room

Our room had peanut butt er on the bed and crumbs all over the sheets. The door lock was busted and there were boogers on the wall. We had them move us to a different room and the bed was clean there

This is a budget hotel very close to SLC airport. I stayed here overnight last minute, to avoid being stuck in the terminal for 12 hours. Its perfect for that sort of emergency.

The staff was nice, but the room could have been cleaner and updated.

We were given a former smoking room and the windows did not open, it was stuffy and smelled awful! My clothes stank. My husband saw cockroaches and a mouse. The facility was shabby and old. The front desk staff were nice and professional. The complimentary breakfast was terrible and the toaster, waffle iron etc.... did not work well.

No cream for coffee. Some staff acted like they didn't understand u could have been cleaner

Experience was ok. The main reason being Internet facility was horrible. Since I was for a business trip, internet was super important and I think its the router and not the number of guests. I tried at all times including midnight and at 4AM, both in room and in lobby. But had extremely bad internet service. Other than that it was a good stay.

The airport shuttle for the Ramada is erratic at best and the manager seems to care less about making and changes, so unless you like waiting at the airport for more than an hour waiting for the shuttle, stay somewhere else. Comfort Inn shuttle came by about 5 times while I waited. Had I known it was within walking distance to the Ramada I would have hopped on.

I rarely post comments this negative, but I highly recommend spending a few more dollars for a real hotel. Had to carry luggage upstairs because there is no elevator. Stinks, old and nasty place! I wish I went to ANY other place. Ruined our Salt Lake experience. I didn't take photos because I want these memories to be forgotten.

The building is old and had an apparent roof leak. The hallway was missing the drop ceiling tiles, which exposed moldy insulation. The room doors and walls are paper thin, letting you hear everything your neighbor is doing. My room had some new paint and some old, like they never finished painting. The hotel staff was not friendly and most of them barely spoke English, so they were very hard to understand. The "fitness" center was full of broken machines. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was missing. The website says there's spa, but there isn't. I waited over 45 minutes for the hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport. The parking lot was full of buses and semi trucks, leaving almost no room to park the car.

Seems perfect hotel for group tourist. Staff seems tired for heavy load. Very noisy group tourists are crowded every where. Breakfast place is messed up very fast. Breakfast staff must have hard time to supply and prepare the food and cups.

Good value for the money......paid only $50 and room while not luxurious was clean and bed comfortable.

It was ok. I only stayed one night. The room was cold & either I didn't know how to turn on the heat or it was broken. The toilet tank kept dripping water.

The main lobby smelled terrible! Breakfast was not good, comfy bed though.

Dear Guest, First of all I would like to extend my sincere apology about the first room no t being clean and I am glad that the room we moved you to was clean and good. I have already talked with the housekeeping supervisor and front desk so that this does not happen again. Thank you again for bringing it to my attention we like to take every review serious so that we can improve.
