The halls smelled strongly of curry or something. My clothes even smelled like curry when I got home. avoid the side where my room was..room 187.The hotel needs updating but if you need low price, I would recommend it. Towels were not great but hey..this is not the Ritz. Good enough. Overall it is not the worst place I've stayed.

The hotel appeared fine from the outside but the inside lobby and hallways needed to be updated. It looked very dated. On our last morning, there was a cockroach in the sink. Gross! There were four of us in the room and they only gave us one bar of soap and only three towels. The front desk did not answer promptly when called to request more towels and soap. The key card didn't work on the outside of the hotel and we had to walk all the way around to the lobby to get in. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet was super! There was a variety including eggs, sausages, waffles, toast. It was great!

Due to a snow storm and late departure from JFK, I missed my Delta connection. Along with other travelers, I ended-up at this hotel and arrived around 9:45pm. The front desk told us the hotel restaurant was open till 10:30. But when I came down from my room, around 10;05, I was told the kitchen closed at 10pm. There was not one place close by that was open. The chef seemed in no mood for extra hours but an extremely kind waitress offered to cook a pizza or something else herself and did so for several guests. The hotel looks and feels old. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The whole place is in need of a serious update but for a short night, it is fine. Breakfast (standard stuff, sausage patties, overcooked scrambled eggs, spongy bread, cereals, bagels, OJ, etc.) was included as were transfers to and from the airport.

We needed a last minute hotel reservation in town. Granted we were not looking for all the perks of a nice hotel... just the basics. However to me cleanliness and comfort are the basics. This hotel failed to deliver on either mark. Hotel lobby was dirty and an odd assortment of people seemed to be milling about. Then once we got to the room it was just generally dirty, several outlets did not work, and heading unit was loud when on and made odd noises when it cycled off. Because we had to be on the road early, we didn't have the energy to try to change hotels so we just suffered through the night and left first thing in the morning.

Owner so cheap they don’t even offer a toothbrush!

We arrived early in the morning only to have bunch of drunk people out front because there's a bar attached to the hotel. Once we went in the cleanliness or lack there of seemed like a hotel you would "rent by the hour" do not waist your money here!

The building was in shabby condition with doors damaged, mold and cracks in the tiles. Also, poor management of large groups of tourists who are bused in in 75-100 large groups. Overrunning the breakfast tables. Sad. Bed was OK and clean.

Unlucky to be staying the same night with a bus full of tourists. We couldn't even get to any continental breakfast. Staff member was very helpful when checking in. We parked our car there for 3 nights while we flew to Reno for a memorial. When we returned and stopped at the front desk, we stood there while 3 staff members ignored 4 people, including me for over 5 minutes. I finally asked if I could get some help. Really, I had to ask to get help. We were just floored that we were ignored and had to ask for help. Staff was doing busy work instead of helping guests and let guests stand and waste their time.

Nothing really exciting to talk about. Complimentary breakfast was a disaster (around 100 guests fighting to get the available food items). One advice would be: go early for the breakfast.

Very noisy. The cleaning lady came knocking at 7:30 am. Shower curtain had too many holes to be in use. Towel rod fell apart. Not very clean. My wife had to clean the headboards because it was very dusty. Not worth it. Will not recommend and will not stay there again.

We arrived late and our flight was at 6 am. I called ahead and asked if there's a restaurant at the hotel. Front desk staff said it's closed. I asked if there's anything close by the hotel and he said "I HAVE NO IDEA". Really??? We checked in and we couldn't find our room by following the signs. Went back to the front desk and the same guy said to keep going and disregard the signs. Never going back nor recommending this place to anyone, in fact I told my friends who travel to avoid this hotel.

We picked this hotel because we thought it was a good franchise name. Wow, way wrong. Not only will I not stay here again but will probably never trust the Ramada name again. It was nice to be able to leave your car on site when you fly, and the free breakfast is goog but the overall conditions and smell far outweigh the good.

Had a long wait in both directions for the airport shuttle. Staff were apologetic and very helpful but the delays were frustrating. Accomodation was very dated and the rooms did not feel completely clean. Quite hotel in a convenient location but extremely basic.

Need a place to get to the airport. Have stayed in the area before but never here . Was impressed by the staff, rooms and food. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was rude! The clerk gave me wrong instructions on how to find my room; so I carried my bags all around the place looking for my room. I went back to the front desk and he told me " I told you to go to the right back door" that wasn't true but I wasn't going to argue with him at almost 1 am in the morning. I was tired!

Convenient to get to the airport the shuttle as a convenience for sure. There are no elevators so if climbing stairs are an issue request a bottom floor room

Our room had peanut butt er on the bed and crumbs all over the sheets. The door lock was busted and there were boogers on the wall. We had them move us to a different room and the bed was clean there

This is a budget hotel very close to SLC airport. I stayed here overnight last minute, to avoid being stuck in the terminal for 12 hours. Its perfect for that sort of emergency.
