I understand it was due to COVID, but we were bummed that the hot tub was closed and there was no place to buy breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the space was nice. I was a bit concerned about the cracks in the ceiling and walls.

It’s really outdated. The halls and rooms smell like cigarette smoke and it’s a non smoking hotel. You have to pay $15 for parking it’s taken out of your deposit. Was not aware of that when I booked the hotel

The elevators and halls were overpowering smoke smell to the point of intolerable.

The furniture was a bit in disrepair. One drawer in the dresser was broken and the curtain didn’t close all the way. We asked for extra towels, blankets, an iron, etc. and they were delivered promptly

I reserved a king size suite and when I got there they had sold out of kings and told me the sold out of king rooms and that it was my fault because I hadn’t checked in soon enough to get a king room. I show my reservation that said I reserved a king and again was told that I didn’t check in in time to obtain that type of room. Then was told I was upgraded to a special room on a higher floor but it was just a standard room with two double beds for my wife and I. What a joke. Lol oh well. The place wasn’t very clean and had a cigarette smell to it but it got us through the night.

Was in a good location. The hotel is older and the hallways still have lingering cigarette smoke smell. The front desk staff was nice and upgraded the room.

We had to switch rooms twice because the first room was under construction and the shower was broken in the second room. We were charged for breakfast and parking when we shouldn't have been. The staff at the front desk was unable to fix the bill. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Great location. Very clean. Easy access to parking and rrstaurants.

Good staff, parking not so great due to the lack of lighting and attention for possible theft

The price and location was good. My room was old and not the most spotless. Dirty, stained grout. The air vent was pretty awful. It was grimy and dusty, and made an awful noise every time the heat came on. The front desk was nice and sent us to another room but that room had the exact same noise. The walls are super thin and you can hear any conversation in the hall

The decor is unique. Lobby is interesting, hallways are bright and rooms are attractive. Bed was very comfy and room had everything you could need including a fridge, microwave and coffee pot.

The hotel was very clean and the room was nice.i cant say enough about the staff they are great!

It was very nice. Rooms clean and beds super comfortable. I had one of the best nights sleep ive ever had. Just wish check out was a little later haha
