I was assigned an occupied room. Had to come back again to change. Later in the new room, electricity on some part was not there. From Window you could hear window noise if it blows a bit hard. Overall terrible stay so far

We booked a King room, and when we arrived we were told that Third party reservations get bumped to double rooms! The room was dark with missing light bulbs, and the window would not close so we had wind noise each night. The power went out twice so we had no heat nor hot water. The cleaning staff walked into our room unannounced. The pool was down and the hot tub was filthy. This was the most horrible stay that I have EVER experienced, and I will never book through Orbitz again!
That when I checked in on Wednesday night the receptionist didn't say so I see we have you for 2 nights in a room with a king size bed. She just checked me in and told me the breakfast hours. I asked her if the pool was indoor or out and she said in and then I asked her the hours and she couldn't even tell me the hours. She said from 8 am to 11pm, and when i looked it was from 6am to 11 pm. Then when I went to check out, I asked her for a printed receipt and she told me the people I booked with will send me a copy, didn't care that i needed it for a reimbursement for work.

A/c unit very dated and loud, didn’t cool properly either. Promised Grab and Go breakfast before leaving for airport, none available.

Property was ok. The room wasn’t cleaned very well. We found an empty water bottle on the floor by the chair so it was evident they hadn’t been thorough. We wanted to go the pool and as we were getting ready to get in, three additional people came in followed by the front desk person. She told us we needed to leave because they were at max capacity. I wouldn’t have minded leaving if it was at capacity when we went in, however, being told to leave after three other people came in after us but they got to stay was a little irritating.
New place. Close to the airport. Free breakfast during COVID is orange juice, muffins, granola bars, and a banana.
The room was very nice, the staff was excellent. I was disappointed with the breakfast nothing but muffins and sugary cereal bars. The pool could use a little more frequent service: there was a lot of hair etc. in the water which was a little off-putting.

We are sorry for the experience that you had. We will definitely take your feedback into consideration and ensure we have correct training for all our employees. As for the printed receipt if you do book it through a third party they will send you a receipt at the hotel property it will just print out blank. We will make sure that our front desk agents be able to explain this for the future.
