Affordable rate and decent hotel. Hallways and doors look super out dated so the room was better than expected.

AC did not work at all and couple other things were broken. But good location, wifi and good orbitz price. Comfortable night sleep.

One of the better motels I have stayed in this year. Great location in SLC for just about everything.

Close enough to all park city ski resorts without the cost of park city hotels. 40 min to Park city. 25min to Alta and Solitude. The area around the hotel has tons of fastfood restaurants, shops and convenient for everything

The room was great! Staff was friendly and polite!

Hotel location is great. Midvale has everything you can possibly need(food/shops) Very close to moutains and freeways

It's always awesome when I go there . Would love to go all the time.

Overall stay was good. The mattress was so uncomfortable I had neck and back pains for 3 days after. Everything besides that was great besides the rude lady that checked us in.

The staff was not very friendly. Would not except my credit card nore help to resolve situation. Hotel is in good location

It was clean and tidy. It was perfect for what I needed.

Just seems to be dirty. Hotel staff was nice. Free wifi & quick morning breakfast.

If you are going to be in Salt Lake City for a week or more, this would be a good place to stay because they have a complete kitchen where you can fix your own food instead of eating out. The room we had was clean and comfortable.

free internet would have been nice.

Enjoyable.

I just needed a place to stay overnight. The room was small, perfect for one person. The kitchen area was a little small but again, perfect for one person for an overnight stay or a few nights. Not the most sound proof place and the heater cooler was noisy at night but other than that, not too shabby. Best feature was the location. A large strip mall across the street with several restaurants, stores and a large movie theatre. Gas stations in either direction. Very convenient

We only stayed one night and the room was just right for what we needed. I liked the full size refrigerator. There could have been a small bottle of dish washing soap to clean the dishes. I was glad to see the dishes, though, and real spoons. Plastic spoons are okay for a picnic but real spoons work better. We would have liked a little shampoo, too but since we only stayed one night we decided we could get along without dish washing soap and shampoo. It was really, a good experience and a clean room, thanks.

I am not a complainer and usually have been really happy anywhere we stay. [...]We have tried other studio hotels and they were great. What a disappointment. Very dirty carpets with holes and big stains. The bathroom door barely cleared the toilet. If you were a heavy person, you'd be in trouble using the sink or toilet. The fire alarm went off 4 times before the hours of 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. Dialing 0 would not go through to try to call the desk. Outside grounds and look of the hotel have been remodeled. They should also think of their rooms not just the outside. I would rather pay the extra 10.00 and stay any where else but never again will we stay here or with this chain of hotels. Sorry

I was unaware that the office closed, so I had to track down a maid who gave me my key. The rooms were decent, but there were a few small things I didn't like, such as a broken remote control and alarm clock. It was also a very uncomfortable bed. But, for the price I couldn't expect much more!

the staff was friendly but teh place was less than clean.

Staff as noted, and hotel lobby is reasonably clean. Entryway was pleasant, with flowers and plantings, however the entire hotel needs to be re-painted and decorated, and an in-depth cleaning wouldn't hurt. it's beginning to look shabby. Amenities are lacking, no fitness room, no pool, a wobbly ironing board, and iron. There were dishes, silver and 1 or 2 pans supplied as this was a housekeeping room, but no soap or cleanser. I was provided one (1) package of coffee, and no tea, although my stay was 3 days, no housekeeping service to empty tras, pick up used towels, or re-supply coffee. No shampoo or conditioner, were supplied, we had to ask for hand soap, Bed changing is at extra cost, however not even basic housekeeping is provided. There is a well-supplied, very clean laundry room, which guests made full use of. In the room the air conditioning is old and rattles, very noisy, the bed had a beautiful bedspread but was extremely hard and uncomfortable, no box spring and the mattress is very thin, resulting in poor sleep during our stay. Very pleasant staff and some charm, but badly in need of sprucing up as to appearance, services and comfort of guests.
