Good value for the Money. Clean, everything worked, Employee very friendly.

Mostly a no frills little Inn, but nice and clean with a helpful staff. Just a few blocks from the interstate, with several restaurants nearby. Some with in walking distance. I've stayed here several times and many of the rooms are completely new and remodeled. The older rooms are still nice and clean. Good little continental breakfast. Easy Parking Coffee Makers in the rooms...

The hotel was okay. Met our basic needs, but smelled very smoky for a "non-smoking" hotel. The continental breakfast was very limited. Not even any bananas or apples.

For a budget motel this is a decent place with a very friendly staff. The king room I stayed in was very recently remodeled and quite nice for an older motel.

Nice rooms and friendly staff for a Super 8. Breakfast was a little disappointing. No yogurt and limited bread selections. Overall good stay at a nice safe location.

Upon check in, we were verbally threatened by the person behind the check in counter with being charged additional fees for pets, smoking in the room and messing the room up. The threats were made in a loud voice even after I assured the person numerous times that we didn't smoke, have pets nor would harm the room. We prepaid for the room and the threats came after the person asked for my credit card and driver's license. He held up a sign showing the amounts when I inquired as to why my credit card was run. I told him that I understood the policies, and again indicated that we didn't smoke or have pets and would not harm the room. I was very much concerned that he or someone else at his direction would open our door and blow smoke into the room when we were gone initiating a false charge to our credit card. When I got to the room, I immediately photographed the condition of the room in great detail to be used if the need arose regarding damages. I have NEVER felt like I had to do this anywhere before. After some thinking, I requested a refund through our booking agent and we checked out as soon as possible. We were in the room less than five minutes after being confronted when we decided to pull out. I was told by the representative that our deposit would be refunded in full within five days. I absolutely would NOT recommend this place to anyone at anytime under any circumstances!!! We ended up staying at a another motel and were happy to do it.

When we arrived Friday evening we noticed a bad smell in the room, the middle covers on both beds had seriously 100 holes in it and it smelled like mothballs ! Also little creatures were crawling around the floor -- ! Thank goodness we brought spray & our own sleeping bags. The next morning I went to get additional towels from a cleaning person and was told that "towels are still in washer". Go back to room to take shower (with towel used by hubby) only to find out the water has been turned off. Went to front desk to ask for a room with running water and could only understand him as "Not my fault, city fault" I didn't care who was at fault I just wanted a room to take a shower. As "other" quests were walking in they obviously could hear our discussion (which he didn't want them to hear because they were new customers) and all of a sudden I was asked to leave the hotel and check out in 1/2 hour, I give you full refund"-- I didn't mind checking out because the room was so disgusting and as we were packing up a "City Worker" came to our room to tell us that they were going to do the work at 9:00am that morning but was told by the Owner not to do it until 11:00 so he could inform all his guest - well we were never informed that the water was going to be shut off.As of today (6/12) my card has NOT been credited.

When I checked in the girl was very pleasant and professional, I thought I'd hit jackpot.. The room was clean and good to go. The next morning, at 6 am,(Christmas) the toilet was plugged up, so I went to get a plunger and another coffee cup. The woman that came out of the back room was not very pleasant or professional. She gave the impression that I was inconveniencing her, and at 6 am I wasn't very pleasant either, (seriously). I'm very unhappy in regards to her attitude. We will not return to this hotel.

The management was very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean. We will stay there again.

Arrived late and left early; clean room, nice shower, nothing fancy, just basic shelter. Complimentary breakfast was nice but nothing special.

Very friendly staff, a motel that is trying. New flat screen tv, frig, microwave,wi-fi, stone in shower, but cracked sink, paint stained countertops old carpeting. Clean but worn. We were just traveling through so it was adequate for a place to sleep and go.

We had a room on the end nearest a busy street. Traffic noise. Security light right outside door shone through and around the curtains that didn't fully cover the window. Did get a blanket from office to cover window on second night.

Have stayed here before on two other occasions. Clean, nice people, and good locations. Sheets and towels could be a little better quality but they were clean.

This hotel is very old, which could kind of be cool in a retro sort of way. But, instead, it just seems run down. The rooms need painting and cleaning and an overall refit. Management may want to consider raising prices to shake off some of the undesirable element. I selected this motel based on the location, which is about as good a location as you can have in Salina. Very central to the mall, restaurants, movie theaters, and other shopping. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I will be staying here again, but I offer this review in the spirit of improving a fair to middling motel.

To be honest, I expected little from this hotel as I payed very little for the room. But I was surprised, other than it looking like it was in the middle of remodeling, the stay was peaceful and in general better than I could have hoped for. Cleaning was punctual unless you requested that they skip you for the day, and the location was perfect. Being right next to the mall and a small town/shopping center made ir easy to get what you need with no need for renting a vehicle. A cab ride cost me only 7 dollars one way to the airport due to it's fantastic location. I was more than pleased, at the same time though, I'm no critic either.

Close to attractions and good restaurants. Easy access off of interstate. Super-very clean, quiet and home life feeling.Walking distance to alot of shopping/restaurants. I totally enjoy my stay. And would stay there again.

-A very basic, clean and comfortable room. -Close to the hwy (I-135) I stopped overnight at the hotel on my way to Denver from Dallas. - Plenty of distractions for the single traveler as there were lots of places to eat and shop at. They have free breakfast which I didn't use.
