There is a nice view and access to beach an it offers as villa types for stay Rooms are quiet comfortable with nice beds and good views from rooms the food is delicious and Staff was very polite and friendly and they know the value of customer service for room service and the restaurant service as well.!
We were there on our company off-site. The property is vast with access to beach. Nice rooms, comfy beds and good views from rooms. Good thing is some part is villa type. However, the food is not up to the mark. The spread is good but the taste was not that good.
Hello Holiday Inn Resort Goa. This is Vikrant From Holiday Creaters Mumbai. This is 1 of my best expereince in hospitality industry. It was really nice experiecne with all staff.I was handelling nearly 130 doctors from India & some NRI doctors and done all arrangment in advance. Provide all information to hotel including flight details for arrival and drop, Done orchestra & DJ arrangments in ball room,Coctail & Moktail arrangments for 2 days..They handle all those things proper with all respect..Hotel staff is really polte and provide exact arrangments..This hotel is really good for corporate client and family both..But my look is this is really familier 5 star hotel in goa. Fell not so corporate & not so familier...Its midle 1...Beach connected isolated property in south goa.No pollution. Thanks Holiday INN
Super welcoming staff, great location, balcony, modern decor, clean, spacious. A lovely surprise. Will definitely stay there again and have already recommended to friends. the restaurant and room service menu also looked very good. Great staff that know the true value of customer service special mention for room service & the restaurant first class service. Since we were staying with our 6 months old baby, room service & restaurant staff helped us to cook baby food anytime & sometimes even at late night. Restaurant manager asked us to share review for the dinner, where I had mentioned to serve Goan Fish Curry Rice & Cashew Feni with some goan musician in the restaurant and to our surprise the same was been arranged for us next day. Will definitely recommend people to stay here who wish to relax & have a calm holiday inside the resort.
First 2 days of the experience was disappointing. Day 1 , red ant infested towels were handed over at the pool resulting in rashes & inflammation all over the body. Day 2, my new slippers were stolen from the pool area and I was promised by floor manager that they will inform the housekeeping to look into it.. But till now there has been no response or update on the same. Never expected such pathetic experience from HOLIDAY INN. Beware !! Truly disappointed. It marred all good experiences which the property has to offer.
One of the best resort to stay on white sand beach. Lavish gardens, kids friendly great for wedding... rooms are good sea view and garden view. Nice spa to relax your mind and soul... great food option
Visited the holiday inn resort in Goa for a week break during the school holidays with my family. We booked our holiday through BA with flights and hotel. The images gave us the impression of a luxury resort in picturesque surroundings. Being part of the Holiday Inn brand also made us feel very assured. This turned out to be one of the worst stays we have had mainly due to the lack of leadership within the hotel. There were events being advertised in the hotel which had finished months ago. Prices for breakfast were different based on coupons given upon check in, but the receptionists sometimes forget?? We only figured this out when we saw the posters advertising it for more than we were told it was. They are currently doing lots of renovation within accessible areas of the hotel whilst guests stay there. The room next to us was being worked on with live cables sticking out of plugs. The pool area and the spa clinic are surrounded by ongoing work so really difficult to avoid and rather than peace and quiet you are just surrounded by noise. There is a lack of any local amenities and during monsoon season you are pretty much stuck within the hotel which isn't particularly pleasant. The hotel itself is nice but outdated, however this is not a 5 star hotel. Neither in quality nor service. The front office manager was rude and oblivious to what was going on around him. It was that bad we left two days into our week stay to stay elsewhere. For a true 5 star experience visit the Taj Exotica for truly memorable moments. The Leela is also another luxury hotel which is just a few hundred metres up the road from Holiday Inn.
We found out that the hotel is busy with renovations and we cancelled immediately as we wanted a relaxed holiday and not a holiday with background sounds of renovations and construction workers everywhere. It is normally also courtesy for a hotel to inform the guest that they are busy with renovations, but this is also not the case with Holiday Inn Goa and we had to find this out via other sources. After we cancelled our stay we asked when we can expect our refund. After informing us that we need to pay one night as cancellation policy, they confirmed that they will refund us within 10-15 days. Needless to say, it is already past the 15 day deadline and we are still awaiting payment. The reservation executive have confirmed multiple times that payment will be made but nothing has happened.
If you want a calm, relaxing, no buzz vacation in Goa, this place will serve your needs. Service is top notch in this place and lived up to my expectations for a Holiday Inn chain. Breakfast spread was awesome and service personnel took good care of all our requirements. A special thanks to Mr.Maruthi who was prompt with his service in breakfast room. The pool is well maintained and also the garden area around property. Since the resort is tucked deep south, you won't find the hustle and bustle in beaches. Also shacks will be closed in off season if you are keenly looking to spend time in a shack with a chilling beer and enjoying view of sea. Colva is the nearest beach with some shops and is 30mins drive from the resort if you want to buy something. Otherwise beach next to resort is good for a morning/evening walk. Overall, choose this place if you like a calm vacation in Goa and they will definitely not disappoint you.
This time was even better than the first. The hotel has undergone a lot of renovation in the last year or so & the facilities are just getting better. The staff continues to be excellent & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the room of our choice.
