Overall better than the photos and description portray. The fixtures and fittings were all very nice, there is a washing machine and dryer on site which were very useful but not listed on the description, and there was a good feeling to the inside and outside space. Note there is only parking for 1 normal sized car on site in a 4 bedroom property is not enough. And the beds could have benefitted from having twins available in a couple of rooms but both of these things were known before we got there.

Vacances TOP dans une maison PARFAITE !

Après un accueil chaleureux du propriétaire (communication fluide), nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir cette belle maison neuve confortable (impeccable et bien équipée), décorée avec beaucoup de bon goût (à la fois typique de l’île de Ré et moderne), située à « 5 minutes à pieds » d’une grande plage de sable fin (aux couchers de soleil magnifiques). Juste à déposer ses bagages et profiter de la belle piscine toujours tiède et agréable dans le jardin bien entretenu équipé de palmiers, transats, d’une table de jardin avec grand parasol pour se restaurer à l’extérieur. La maison est très lumineuse avec sa grande baie vitrée et ses portes fenêtres dans toutes les pièces donnant toutes sur le jardin et la piscine. Très conviviale : il fait bon vivre dans cette maison parfaite pour des vacances réussies ! Sa situation géographique sur l’île est aussi très pratique : 10 à 15 minutes en voiture du pont de l’île de Ré, de La Flotte ou du grand port de Saint Martin, … Je vous la recommande vivement et espère avoir le plaisir d’y revenir !!
