A living/dining/kitchen area on the raised ground floor of this house. A kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, 3 induction hobs, a combination freezer, and a dishwasher. Through the hallway, you will have access to the bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC, and 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are equipped with a 160x200 bed and the 3rd with a 90x190 bed and a 90x190 bunk bed. Separate WC. This character house is located on an unfenced 2000 m² plot in the middle of a hamlet of a few houses. Enjoy the green view from the balcony terrace. End-of-stay cleaning: €70.
