Visited this hotel for one week on business trip, so travelled alone. Location is excellent , directly on the beach and near the port. Rooms mostly have a balcony and view but the decor is old. Quite satisfactory and clean. My intention was to use the gym for a run prior to work or after . The opening times of 09.00am to 6.45pm are not very flexible to meet the needs of someone who is in meetings all day. So I brought my gym kit but didn’t manage to use the facilities because of this. The staff were friendly especially Anaise who seem to run the bar and everything else in the evenings. On check out I requested a taxi to the airport . Let’s just say a “shuttle” taxi arrived and wanted me to wait for others in their rooms so we could “share” . Total wrong interpretation of what a business customer would want by reception. I was late arriving at the airport and didn’t manage to get all the work done because of this .

Nice hotel close to the beach. Confortable bedrooms. Breakfast in the room with fresh juice and gluten free option. Good services and reception open 24/24. The guest can enjoy the hammam and the pool. Too bad the pool needs to be refreshed and the hours ar restricted.

This place ticks a lot of boxes. Great facilities, pools and right on the beach! Clean and good sized rooms. Most rooms have views of marina or sea, both are lovely. Handy for all the restaurants and bars in the marina and you can also walk the along the promenade of Fréjus Beach into Saint-Raphaël. The restaurant is a bit expensive but of good quality and service. Do it!

We were astonished that you cannot wear the normal swimming shorts (males) and need the speedo type attire - which these days practically no one has other than obviously French people. The hotel is nice and rooms are OK. It is well away from the main town of Frejus which was a little disappointing (we did not do our homework well!) but there are some nice restaurants around. We eat dinner in the restaurant one evening and it was good. Anaise who worked in the bar was superb. Appears to work on her own. However even though there were about 15 people plus in the bar each evening, it still closed at 11.00. Most strange as they could have taken a lot more money over the bar on those nights. No wine is kept at the bar so they have to go through to the restaurant for every glass required. Having said all that the hotel is very good. The surrounding area is all very new apartments and not part of the old France at all. Good beach bar with friendly staff and perfect position on a sunny day as we had in October.

we stayed at this hotel for one week. the pro: good location at the marina with an exit to the public beach. the room (with port view) was very nice, breakfast was good, there is a good outside pool and an indoor heated pool, a spa with different treatments. the cons: no one at the hotel speaks english, not even at the reception, not at the restaurant or the spa, parking was not available for us since it was full every day (cost of indoor parking is 10 euro per day) so we had to look for parking on the street. at breakfast there is only one coffee machine with a long line (maybe the hotel should consider buying another one?)

We returned because this was one of our favourites last year on the Riviera. - The beach is astonishing. Only sand no stones and about 1 min from the hotel. Very close to the city centre with several very nice restaurants. - Parking is free and close - Very nice lady in the bar - providing us with ice at all times Reason for not giving a 5 this year is that they did not seem to be very interested in fulfilling our special requests and that is important for me. (I know these are only additional requests and that we cannot assume to get it - however most nice hotels try their very best to fulfill). - We informed in advance that we would prefer a room on top floor - not fulfilled - we got one on the 3rd with a reasonable seaview but also a big share of view of some kind of roof. - I asked for bathrobes and this service could only be provided at a rate. Got back again with cash this time and then they provided me them for free - nice but pretty please - why struggle with this? If you have a demanding lady in front of you - why just not provide at the first time? - Last year our sun beds were for free - now at a charge of 30 EUR per day - The astonishing fact that men still cannot wear ordinary bath shorts in the pool - they need to wear kind of "tarzan - shorts" - I don't like to see that it is disgusting in most cases. We might or we will return but we will book directly with you next time and secure the room. We went through booking.com this time again. Christina and Örjan

Unplanned stopover ,very average hotel in every way , very popular with retirees. Close to a nice sandy beach plenty of alternate restaurants unfortunately offering variations of the same menu I paid for secure parking . My car was damaged by another guest , who kindly reported the accident to reception who failed to notify me in fact they asked me to move to another space , where by chance I met the guest who informed me of the accident. This really summed up slack lustre stay I wish I'd moved further along the coast in either direction toward Cannes or st tropez

We stayed in this hotel for the tird time. It has some minor pluses, it has one big plus- it is direct on the beach although beach is not that clean. This time there was one accident -- i was in the room and the was the sign: "Dont disturb". Nevertheless the cleaning-lady opened the room and came in. Ok, I checked the sign and locked the room. In about 15 min another cleanin lady opened the room (!) and came in. I complained about it to the reception but nothing happened. Funniest thing: I wrote about it on their internet site (they ask for review as well). And the answer was : We are glad that you enjoyed your stay :) I know it's not that end of the world but it would be nicer if they respected the privacy of their guests.

Very nice hotel found at the harbour in Fréjus. Perfect location beside the beach and restaurants in the harbour area in the evening. All staff (receptionists, pool attendants, cleaners) were very friendly and welcoming. Basic but comfortable rooms, good air conditioning, large TV and a balcony to sit out. The gym was small and basic but still useful. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine as a gift in our room towards the end of our stay also.

Nice hotel, modern, anodyne, clean, in a very nice part of town and just by the port. Staff very friendly and well meaning but most quite young and inexperienced. Main areas and room were not luxurious but absolutely fine. The buffet breakfast was also as it should be. The pool was quite a disappointment, surrounded by railings and with no parasols...it was 34 deg C! It wasn't a particularly inviting setting. Only major gripe is that there is no parking at the hotel, I wasn't aware of this. It took me several trips to and from car to reception before I was accurately directed to the nearest car park, which is several hundred metres away. Top tip... drop your luggage off first before parking car.
