Beautiful, very comfortable traditional villa with private swimming pool for 6 people

This beautiful traditional villa is composed on the ground floor: of a warm living/dining room, a fully equipped independent kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 180 bed and 140 bed, a bathroom, shower and WC.
Upstairs is a bedroom with a 160 bed and an adjoining shower room.
The rooms are air-conditioned and bright.
Facing south and sheltered from the wind, the exteriors are very pleasant and comfortable and have all the necessary equipment to relax: garden furniture, planxa, deckchairs, outdoor shower...

vacances ratées

La maison est située dans une ville a la périphérie de Perpignan dans un quartier d'habitations assez calme. il y a quand même un gros vis a vis sur la terrasse et la piscine ce qui n'est vraiment pas agréable nous avons découvert des punaises de lit le 1er soir et sommes donc partis dès le lendemain l'agence était au courant puisqu'elle nous l'a confirmé et a essayé de traiter cela avant notre arrivée avec des bombes anti punaises achetées en magasin que nous avons retrouvé dans la poubelle. Le propriétaire et l'agence ont pris en considération ces désagréments et nous avons été intégralement remboursés mais les vacances pour nous sont ratées. Le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas justifié.

Maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle

Nous avons passé une semaine en août dans cette maison. La maison possède de grandes chambres et est spacieuse avec un joli jardin bien entretenu. La literie est très confortable. Néanmoins, une piscine non entretenue chez le voisin semble être la cause de la présence de nombreux moustiques qui ont fini par nous contraindre à rentrer le soir dans la maison et tout fermer. La piscine est a moitié couverte par un abri fixe qui limite la zone d'utilisation. Un vis a vis non négligeable est à signaler au bout de la piscine sur une residence visuellement peu agréable.
