The staff and room was amazing. My only hangup was the actual bathtub was gross. The bathroom itself was clean in general. The iron did not work in our room and we asked for new one for 3 days!! We had to eventually buy one or go to our photoshoot rumpled.
Great location walking 5 minutes to Eiffel Tower. The property was very clean. My family and I had a fabulous time.
The hotel is in a good place, near to Eiffel Tower . There are some delicious restaurants . There is a metro station near. The problem of some apartments in the hotel is the lack of air condition in the rooms. We were on 26 floor and the windows don’t open we don’t have any fresh air. The reception is polite and change our room .
Great location. Our Room was perfect. Kids loved overlooking the Eiffel Tower at night time.
we stayed in the property in 2019 and it was remarkable. we returned and common areas were dirty, and the AC didn't work. finally, after 3 days, we were put in another room, thanks to Sasha.

The hotel is on the outskirts of Paris with only a few dining options. Other than the Eiffel Tower, none of the main sightseeing attractions are near there. There is a monoprix nearby which is helpful. Having a small kitchen was also great. We got a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Watching it twinkle every night was the best part of this trip!
No room service, no parking available, WiFi didn’t work properly, room always cold heater not working in the room, construction work in the building very disturbing
Hotel is restaurant and mini market next door. Close to Eiffel Tower within 10-15min walk. Breakfast was good but other than than, check in was little slow and worst thing is the room, so dark and smelly. Only night lamp, very dim in the room too dark to see anything around or to get things in the room. They need to upgrade add more light. Also, Hallway was smelly and no light at night time. It has sensor so only if you walk through it then light would come ON or else you wouldn’t want to come out, scary dark black. Plus room strongly smelly like mold, no good.

Nice size rooms and has all kitchen appliances. The pull out couch was not very clean. And the furniture was scratched up. AC leaked and did not work in the master bedroom.
Even though I am fluent in french the personnel at the Hotel was rude. Normally when you check in the explain you how things work in the hotel. They didn't say they clean once a week the 3rd day everything was derty
