Welcome to the Castor House.

An independent house located in a quiet neighborhood, close to shops, the beach, and the Légué harbor. A supermarket is just 5 minutes on foot from the property.

Everything is in place for you to have a pleasant stay.

On the first floor of the house, a large hallway leads to the living/dining room as well as the kitchen.

There’s a TV corner with a sofa, and in the dining area, a large table to enjoy convivial moments.

A spacious closed kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, gas cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and oven.

A veranda gives access to the laundry room, where there is a refrigerator and a washing machine.

A bathroom with a bathtub and sink, and in the same bathroom, you will find a separate toilet.

Upstairs, in the stairwell, you will find a dressing area and 3 spacious bedrooms.
