    About this property

Rustic Lakeside Camp With an Amazing View

Welcome to our lakeside camp in the heart of Central Maine! Located on the shores of Big Indian Lake in St. Albans, ME, our home has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a large living room, and a small-but-functional kitchen. We've just completed tons of upgrades and take advantage of this quite, comfortable spot to enjoy a fantastic view in a great location for fishing, boating, or just relaxing and listening to the loons call. There are two bedrooms upstairs; one has a queen-sized bed with a large picture window facing the lake, the other has twin bunk beds with a lake-facing balcony. The third bedroom is downstairs and has a queen-sized bed with a sliding door right out onto the deck. If you're interested in fishing, the lake is home to bass, perch, bluegill, and pickerel all catchable from shore or off our dock. There is also a canoe available for use if you'd like to get out onto the lake. The camp is about 45 minutes from Bangor, 1 hour and 45 minutes from Portland, and 2 hours from Bar Harbor.

    Fall With The Family

We had a lovely time in this clean and comfortable house on the lake. The view of the lake is fantastic and the fall colors were great! With lake front access, we would definitely come back for a summer vacation.

    peaceful and amazing.

The view from all the bedrooms and the living room is fantastic. It gives you peace to be there.

    Perfect for what we needed!

Had a lovely stay at the house and would love to go again next year! Hoping to bring our own boat next (canoe was nice but we're not coordinated enough to go far 😄). Plenty of space and the 1 1/2 baths was a nice bonus. Thank you for letting us shoot fireworks, we did get some applause from across the lake. The one I think would be nice is an outdoor table for eating but I know you're still doing renovations. Overall I'd give our vacation a solid A!
