We all write reviews criticising the rooms the wc, the beds and the mattress. What if you are in emergency situation and you need help? I would like to say a big thank from deep of my heart, to Cornelius. He is deserve my fully respect. He saved my life!! Thanks a lot once more!

Do not stay here if you want a happy holiday! myself, my husband and our friends booked here and ended up being shouted at by the staff and then left in the cold in the back roads of rome with no where to go at night! It was one of the worst nights of my life!

Tried to put myself wife and our friends in single beds after not being able to find our booking. The ametuer on the desk shouted at our wifes when they asked him to reply to the email the booking agency sent and he down right refused.... avoid like the plague.. we ended up in hotel terminal in the centre of rome.for 4 nights for 135€ and thos KIP was nearly 200€ if you have any sense you will avoid. Also the place is filthy dont believe me take atrip and walk around the 'garden' they say they have... its just rubbish thrown behind a wall... seriously avoid........

Park Hotel Serenissima is a hotel 19km outside of Rome, so you'll need a car! However, the surroundings, rooms, restaurant + staff made it absolutely wonderful. We would give them 5 Stars, but their english could have been a little better😘

Stayed here while on a tour, so not our choice. I liked the concept of the hotel - cute little "cottages" that were broken up into rooms. Our shower had good water pressure and constant hot water. Our boys' room across the hall was not so lucky. Lukewarm water and not much pressure. I heard from others in the tour that they had issues, as well. Our a/c blew air, but we were unable to get it to cool down. Only warm milk at breakfast. Just sort of average.

It's very good and the staff is very friendly. The room is very clean too I came here from the England to visit Rome and there is no tax to pay,the train station is at 2 km distance and the ticket costs are very poor. The place is very calm and at night there is the restaurant where you can eat really good food. I will come here again when I go back to visit Rome.

The hospitality of the owners: Roberto and Simone is just wonderful ! The make your stay as good as possible and they are willing to help you with anything. The place is beautiful and the rooms really comfortable. Not far from Rome is a wonderful place to spend some days.

We stayed 4 nights in order to be close to my family that lives in Sacrofano. When we booked, the fact that there were 4 stars was reassuring. What a disappointment! The room was old, the bed was hard, the bathroom smelled bad, one of The room's bathrooms did not work, the breakfast tables were dirty and the breakfast was stale and limited. The people doing the service were very loud screaming at each other. Wifi in public areas did not work. On top, there were buses of tourists staying here that were very noisy at night and started being extremely loud at 7 am already - a nightmare stay! Pricing was low indeed but they should not advertise 4 stars but 2....

just home from our four day trip. Breakfast plentiful ,staff and locals couldn't be more helpful. Public transport regular cheap and easy when you get the hang of it which we managed on our first day. To be honest we really enjoyed the public transport. Evening meals were tasty and relaxed atmosphere. We went for the real Italian experience as well as the touristy bit which is exactly what we got from our stay. The odd disturbance of coaches coming and going and local dogs but nothing excessive or late at night.Would gladly go again. Andy and Joyce Falkirk

Stayed one night in August. The bed is rock hard, the tv extra small and I had a couple of stairs leading up to the bathroom which could have been great except for: Spiderweb on the ceiling, lights not working and a shower I had to work on to get it working correctly. The breakfast very disappointing - not much to choose from and nothing warm at all (unless you fix your self some toasted bread). I will most likely never come back unless I am in terrible need of a room.
