To start with we wanted a room downstairs and they wouldn’t let us get one when we walked in the room it’s stunk like chemicals there’s no coffee in there there’s no water I had to leave the windows open to let Aryan to air out the room

It’s a motel straight out of the 70’s. When we visited there were other guests that had lots of people hanging out all day and night and the smell of pot wafted throughout. The parking lot was constantly loud with people coming and going. I had requested a smoking room but it wasn’t available when we checked in. The clerk said it was ok for me to smoke in my room. The tv was difficult to work. We ran out of toilet paper and it was not replenished. We had to ask for more towels. Our room was not cleaned once in the 3 days we stayed.

Best thing was free parking Okay location Aesthetically unpleasing. Looked old worn out and dirty

I didn't stay there, I was pricing properties and never got hold of any staff member there to confirm my reservation over the phone, as I was trying to cancel it. I just noticed I was still charged for it, even though it states they handle payment for rooms onsite. I never checked into the room, never got the key, and never showed ID, I feel a refund is due.

Good location. Basic accommodation. that needed some refurbishment,

The room was nice! I had a lovely big TV, microwave and fridge! I was not expcting all of this for the low price so that was awesome.

Was near downtown. I like the walking area. I enyoy it

Smell was very bad ... cold shower .... lots of tweeters on bikes .... looks like they rent weekly or monthly to homeless no breakfast

The property needs basic upgrades. Bathroom door is not closing, walls are dirty , stained, walls are peeling off in a bathroom. Bed cover (comforter) is stained. Room is in very poor condition.

Sac-Anime in January 2019 started on Friday, but I arrived Thursday and chose to stay here to save money (which I spent on a nice lunch & dinner) for the first night. When I arrived before 11:00am, my room was ready. Room was clean, plenty of lights and electrical outlets, with a fridge, microwave, and flat-screen tv. Shower was decent. The bed was comfy but i woke up a few times during the night due to the noisy heater/AC. The breakfast they provided in the morning were bear claws and other pastries with juice and coffee, served in the tiny space where you check-in/check-out. Overall it's an OK place to stay, and within a few blocks of the convention center which if you want to stay closer to, you pay more.

Awful for the price . No hot water, said had continental breakfast, but didn't even have coffee. No response fron staff when checking out

Room is very small for more then two people. They advertise Breakfast included it is just cereal and juice.

Ghetto outside. Bathroom door had a hole like someone punched it. Better off spending an extra $40 a night to feel safer in a cleaner hotel

we didn't have many options for a hotel and opted for this one since it was close to an activity we plan to do downtown. Call to confirm we would have a late arrival I could still check in around 9:30 PM. Check in was smooth. Part of our hotel room had been upgraded or other stuff still seem like it needed maintenance. Bed was ok. Biggest downside was the smell in the room for a non-smoking room. Smelt like a mixture of weed and cleaning products. Turned on the AC and fan from wall unit and it only amplified the smell. I would recommend paying another 40 or $50 to find a better spot downtown, but this was the place that had vacancy the night of for us. Easy check in check out and included free parking

I stayed two days. The second day re guy didn't even put out the breakfast. At 8 I was wanting to head out and went to the office. He came out, obviously asleep before I came in. I asked when it would served and he said, "We didn't put it out today. It's just coffee and some cereal." I said I would like it anyway since it was advertised. He then put it out--the orange juice and coffee were the same temperature. I realize this is a cheap motel, but these employees aren't even trying to do a good job.

My neighbors were pretty noisy and there were some creepy yelling from the hotel across the street, there was also an odd splatter across some of the tv and the wall but I think it was water or something else clear. Other than that the place was alright not bad. Uber\lyft drivers do seem to have a hard time finding this place though for some reason.
