its okay for a few nights...no restroom in lobby for guest just in your room

nice room, clean, I had been there for a funeral, so did not require much in the line of extras. Staff I encountered were polite.

Room was clean. Restaurant nearby was excellent. Room chair was worn out. Refrigerator ran continuously. Keys/lock worked poorly. Curtain covered the a/c unit.

Excellent customer service. Clean room, close to a few places to eat.right off the 80.

The room was a motel 8. And was what should be expected. But I'll never book with orbitz agian. Cause they have forced this review down my throat. 1 to 2 emails a day. You got to be kidding me.

Location doesn't look safe... I don't prepare breakfast here....

SUCKED to hi heaven really bad the placed was stinky

Second stay at motel for couple weeks. Room - both times had same issues. Old dusty need to be replaced drapes, carpet and ceiling)(rock material covered with spider webs and dust. Bathrooms appear recently updated with granite and good floors. Air conditioning unit old and dirty. Free wifi is terrible. Hallways are like drapes and carpet in rooms - need cleaning. Cobwebs on fire sprinklers, light fixtures; carpet needs to be replaced. Vending machine took 3 dollars and the refund tool does not work. Staff great! The housekeepers did not dust the room very well. The dining room has one old microwave - room has fridge no micro. I was annoyed when the attendant locked doors to dining room after breakfast at 9am, preventing access to microwave and free coffee(available all day). Breakfast - pre frozen waffles, cereal, yogurt (which was limited to first come) toast, juice and fruit - free. If money was spent upgrading security, internet and cleaning/replace carpet and drapes, the motel would be much much better.

The bed was very comfortable. The handicapped room was available and larger than I expected. However, on the weekends (since we stayed an extended period of time) there were regular loud partying and lots of drug activity in the stairwell and hall just outside our room. There needs to be more security cameras in these areas. When complaints were made, though, the police did respond quickly and regularly.

Two person room had only one chair and one accessable outlet for computer use. The air was forced up behind the drapes, so when it was on we had no privacy from the street since the drapes had to be open.

Great staff at desk! Tough neighborhood any time of day, but even tougher at night.

This national chain is located in a difficult part of town. The screens on windows were torn. It is off the freeway and vulnerable. The friends we came to see warned us of break-ins in the past. WE DID NOT STAY

I think the hotel was a very good one for the price we paid. Though the neighborhood was a bit scary, the staff was very polite and helpful. Definitely going to recommend this hotel to others. One problem was that the back entrance to the hotel door lock was jammed with a candy box so anyone can enter without a key card. That was a bit intimidating because I wouldn't want strangers roaming the hallways. Other than that, everything was good.

If I wasnt so tired I would have left. But the front office staff was very informative patient and attentive!

Decent hotel stay for the price. Was there for work.

The room was nice but this is a very shady neighborhood in Sacramento. I did not feel safe staying in this motel. There were all types of illicit activity going on right outside of the motel. Car alarms went off every night I was there (3 nights). The continental breakfast was a joke, it was free and I still didn't eat it. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more money for a hotel. I will not be back.

There were a few shady characters, but that would be expected given the price and the fact that it is a 2 star hotel.

Motel isn't in the best part of town but not the worst either. Staff was ok. Breakfast sucked but you get what you pay for.

The hotel had a great price for it's rating. The rooms where clean and good size to do my business with its desk. The hotel was location with two restaurants only a few 100 feet away to walk to and the fwy access very close.

i just need a nice place to sleep when playing pool in SAC. So i have low expectations, and they met them.
