Current construction made the stay much less comfortable. The breakfast area was too small. Jacuzzi looked usable but had dirty walls. The room was very comfortable though.

Friendly staff, warm room, decent breakfast . Would stay again.

I thought the renovations were very nice, the room was clean and comfortable and the location convenient to where I needed to be. My stay was adequate, aside from having to evacuate the building at 12:20 am for a fire alarm (false alarm?) with no outside communication from the staff; we all just found a place to stand in the parking lot while the firemen cleared the building and went back in when it looked like they were done. Breakfast was ok, but it was laid out all over the dining area, I didn't see some of the available items until leaving - but maybe I'm just not that observant.

Front desk was nice enough. The first room I was given smelled of animals and urine. I asked to be moved which the front desk did immediately only to end up in a room that smelled of smoke and mildew. There were ants in the bathtub, stains on the sheets, and the pillow case had a hole in it. I have already requested a refund but have heard nothing back from Orbitz.

I called before booking to make sure I could check in at 3 am, because I had to work all night in crisis interventions, Afifa was VERY accommodating and nice, she even said I could check out at 1 pm!! This was fantastic news, I could sleep for awhile. After I made the reservation, I called like Afifa said to, just to make sure of late check in and out. The girl was also helpful. I thought, great! I don't mind paying over $100 for that kind of service! So we checked in at 3 am, asked the girl (didn't get her name) if we could sleep near a top floor so we can get some much needed rest, that we had been up all night working. She said, oh the 5th floor is closed right now, so I'll put you on the 4th floor- should have asked WHY the 5th floor was closed, because at 8 AM, yes 8 AM there was pounding an knocking on our ceiling-clearly someone was putting in a new floor or something. So we called and BEGGED them to stop, they did shortly thereafter. THEN at 11:55 am the housekeeper starts banging on the door. She wouldn't go away, we said we have a late check out, she said, no it was at noon and kept banging. We told her check with the front desk, she must have because she went away. Too late though, now we were up, so we got ready and left by 12:40. The person at the desk on the way out apologized, but the damage was done, no remedy. One of the beds literally had a big giant saggy hole in the middle, the bathroom was not clean, and the fridge stopped working & ruined food

Book at last minute. Room spacious. lots of parking, good freeway access. little noisy by rail tracks

I was in Sacramento for a family funeral and the hotel staff was wonderful. I'd never stayed at a La Quinta hotel so I was pleasantly surprised with the room and cleanliness. I was also surprised by the breakfast as it was scrumptious! The only thing that caught me off guard was the hotel allowed pets; I did not see any on my floor, but on the lobby level the barking got to be very loud with barking at times. Given the timing of the funeral the staff person at the front desk allowed me to check out of the hotel later than the expected time which was very much appreciated.

We had a nice stay. The rooms were clean but the lobby, hallways, elevators need a good cleaning. Should spruce up the outside as well.Friendly personnel. Good breakfast and excellent restaurant just across the parking lot. For some reason the pool was closed during our stay.

The facilities are old,the bed seems not that clean, but staffs are all nice

minimal maintamence, amenities, breakfast, room products (ex. No lotion)

We needed a dog friendly place to stay and this was a good option. The hotel is well maintained and have a friendly staff.

My first time to sacremento, ca and I stayed at a hotel that too many addicts were coming and going. I was not happy!!!!!

Not a bad place and convenient location. Good price for the sacramento area.

No fridge in room was an inconvenience because previous stay had one & we were expecting one. Toilet kept clogging but other than that our stay was good.

Everything was very good, espcially for the price paid. Downside is that the fridge was not as cold as expected.

When we got to the hotel it took sometime before we we helped. When we got to our room the drawers were all out of the cabinet laying on the floor. The window to the room was wide open.

Worked well for us. Close to our business appointment, reasonable price range, OK breakfast. Many options for restaurants close by.

Ok room, smal bathroom and bed did not seem like a queen. Breakfast needs to be improved. Everything seemed skimpy. For instance, cereal was in a grind dispensing device and took for ever to make a bowl of cereal happen

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and it was overall a good experience.

The hotel was priced ok, but the jacuzzi did not even work.. Would be nice if they didn't allow pets (we had a dog barking across our room).
