Good overall experience. Price was great and so was customer service. Also the area was nice, plenty of parking. No noise. Great experience.

Very busy hotel during the week. If your looking for a nice quiet place to rest this is not the place. They do offer full kitchen rooms but utensils pots pans are available upon request. Room was nice and clean. No ice machine. The free breakfast consists of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, muffins trail bars and oatmeal.

Beds are decent but small. Rooms are small, relatively clean but dingy. Rooms are not cleaned until you check out. Nothing is provided-- bring your own shampoo etc.

Rooms don't even come with coffee machines or coffee. No desk to work. Kitchen has nothing. Rooms are open to the outside so feels a little unsafe. Breakfast is essentially nothing. I would not recommend going here at all!

Good customer service, very clean, quiet and nice view.

Staff has good customer service and welcomed us. Quiet and enjoyable.

For the price, considering you get a kitchenette, it's comparatively good value esp. if you stay longer. But twice, the maids forgot to do the weekly cleaning. When informed to the front desk, the response was casual and "will do it tomorrow". But even the following day it was forgotten! Overall, the place seems to suffer from lax management, poor training of cleaning and other staff and low wages (esp. for the maids, I feel). Otherwise this could be a fantastic place considering the amenities... it was like staying at a flat / apt. rather than a hotel :o)

This was a weird little motel. There were cupboards with no dishes, a shower with soap but no shampoo, and the outlet covers came out of the walls really easily, like they weren't even screwed in. I kept asking myself, "Is the whole building just stuck together with tape?" My key card only worked about a third of the time, and I had to go to the office for a new key twice in a single day. The walls (and ceilings) are thin, and the TV channels were fairly limited. It was the best room I could find in a pinch when my other reservations didn't pan out and I needed something immediately. I totally understand why they had rooms available with no advance notice. Overall, it's a tiny baby step up from Motel 6. Just barely.

Comfortable stay with a kitchen. Very quiet location just off the freeway with nice staff.

This place, along with the Red Roof inn across the freeway must be the two biggest dumps I've ever stayed at. And cancelled stay the same night and moved to the Marriott up the street. The rooms stunk of animal and cigarette smell, the free internet didn't work and when it eventually did it was very slow.

I had a great stay and tha rooms were nice. Just a issue with Jenny at tha front desk she made tha stay a little uncomfortable towards tha end of my stay

I had to stay in Sac for a night. This place was easy to book, find, and stay at. It was exactly what I was looking for at the perfect cost!

Business trip and house hunting. Nothing extra-no pool-no exercise room. For long stay it was cheap and you can stock your own supplies. I did and it will do to stretch your budget dollars. Easy access to freeways. Everything you need shopping wise 5 minutes or less. Restaurant's within walking distance. Room was good size and easy to get work done in. Bed comfortable, kitchen roomy and clean and AC works. Already re-booked for additional stay.

My wife and I stayed here the last couple two nights of our honeymoon in California. We thought it was nice and enjoyable. Lots of room, convenient kitchen. The walls are thin so you can easily hear people in the next room but we just turned on the fan over the stove and we were fine. The only thing that annoyed us was the maid knocking on our door while we were packing the morning of checkout asking if we were checking out that day. Then, coming back from taking a load to the car we saw the same maid open the door to our room to see if we were still there. Otherwise enjoyable stay.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

the hotel was affordable and a decent place to stay equipped with kitchen stuff and the bed was comfortable and I feel secured with the location and accesable with eateries and convenient stores around the area. I had a good peaceful relaaxing stay that is friendly to my budget.

Close to freeway. Comfortable rooms with lots of space.

The room was very nice and convenient with having a kitchen inside the room. The staff was very pleasant and helpful as well .

Fair price; location. Needs: Dish soap

Although it was strictly my fault, I was disappointed with my choice of staying at the Extended Stay America Sacramento - White Rock Road. I should have checked the list of amenities more closely. I was disappointed with the following: the bed was a regular double bed which seemed very small; the kitchen area(which did have a nice size refrigerator, with ice cubes)was just outside the bathroom area whcih did not make it appetizing or seemed healthy; there were no amenities -- spa, pool, continental breakfast or dining; nor was the room made up in our absence during the day. The closest dining was a McDonalds and a nice restaurant within walking distance. Check in went well; although the office personnel was not knowledgable with restaurants in the area since she was new to the area.

Tito, thank you for the review. It is nice to know your overall stay with us was a pleasant one. Our fully equipped kitchens have full-size refrigerator therefore, we do not have ice machines on our property. To ensure cleanliness, kitchenware for your suite is kept at the front desk. If we did not communicate this at the time of check-in, we are sorry. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again soon. Sincerely, General Manager
