From the moment I entered the property the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. The building is rundown and in dire need of an remodel. The pool area was ok and probably the best spot on the property. But in the hour we spent there we observed many people coming and going from one room. They didn't appear to be guests. The layout of the hotel (really should be classified as a motel) is such that the parking all the way around the perimeter of the building and accessible to everyone. There are multiple entrances from the parking areas to the main open quad area of the building so there is no security and anyone can wander from the parking lot to the room doors. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke and needed a thorough cleaning. The window overlooking the parking lot was filthy and didn't close all the way. The bathroom floor had a large (dinner plate sized) spill of some sort that hadn't been mopped. I pulled a hand towel from the rack by the sink and it had several dark reddish brown spots that appeared to be blood on it. Whatever the substance was it was obvious that the towel was dirty and hadn't been changed by housekeeping before we checked in. The complimentary breakfast was basic and as advertised; toast, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal and make your own waffles. The breakfast room was big enough and had ample seating. Luckily we were staying at this property for a baseball tournament and spent most of our time at the ball field.

Was a quiet night. Close to restaurants and gas stations.

Everything was what I expected for the price. Not particularly wonderful, not filthy either.

Good stay. Breakfast is nice. It is near the high way so it is noisy.

Day's inn's written policy is straight forward but their systematic check in process isn't in writing which deceives customers. Also, Orbitz complies with the verbal policy from the Days Inn' s staff instead of the written policy until I pointed out Day's Inns written policy. Days Inn's written poilcy states checkin time is 3 pm to 12 am.. I checked in at 1:58 am in the morning and was willing to pay $40 for my early check in. The Days Inn staff verbally said that their early checkin is available at 6 am. However, this verbal policy is no where in writing. My checkin was placed into the day before which was Wednesday 2/22/17 when it should have been 2/23/17 as my itinerary stated and their last checkin time in writing is 12 am. And my check out time was 2/24/17 at 11:04 am. Yet Days Inn were permitted with Ortiz assistance and endorsement to charge me for 2 days when it actually was just one day based upon my checkin time of being 1:58 am on 2/23/17 and check out was 2/24/17 11:04 am according to their written policy. This hotel has regular customers that conduct illegal activity. Therefore, not a safe hotel for any customer nor should you allow your family to stay at. I had to constantly be alert so that I wouldn't get mugged. Place my laptop in a grocery bag because regular male customer kept watching my movements. This is first hotel that after 12 am the check in lobby is locked up & staff checks you at a window while your freezing cold. Great indicator of NO SAFETY!

courteous efficient staff, convenient location don't like adding more do you want a review or not I'm an old lady and don't do reviews

The biggest Days Inn I had checked in and very comfortable bed. But disappointed with the room because no microwave and mo mini fridge.

This hotel/ motel was best out of 6 during my trip. Except breakfast .

Bed sheets had cigarette burns. The room was very outdated, old windows, loud plumbing, shower tub floor made horrible noise. Older AV units

Great clean hotel off the freeway. I could open the window for fresh air or stay warm and cozy. Best part, breakfast is included with your stay 6:30am- 9:30 am :)

Will NEVER stay here. I never checked in and hated the staff. Very rude and not accomidating. I paid more and stayed a much better hotel.

Great, except for drug dealers and hookers everywhere.

we checked into this hotel for senior ball because it was a nice and newer design for really cheap. I had a great time here. everything was clean and organized. the only thing I didn't like is they didn't have a fridge or microwave.

I visit rancho codova one a month for business trip and it was first time staying this hotel. Hotel location is very close to highway and room is clean.

Location is right off the freeway and the staff was excellent.

Clean but dated building.the location is close to the freeway but not post anything else

Checked in, female clerk had husband? BF? MS13 guy hanging out. Room very ordinary, was with friend to take a test in Sacramento. My blanket had a pungent odor of sweat. Very basic room with small micro pillows... Asked to change blanket and they did.

The room was clean and location was very convenient for the baseball tournament for my son. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice. Breakfast could be better.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, AC noisy, for the price it was good. Thanks. Staff was very good.

The hotel was perfectly located for our needs, the staff was very freindly and helpful, the room was clean and nicely appointed. We were very happy with our stay. I'm sure we will be back!
