Crossland Sacramento - Point East Drive

There is a definate trend among hotel chains to boast revenue. Provide guest with minimal maid service, or no service. Crossland is no exception. I think there is also some animosity toward guests that receive low rates through online reservations. Payback is a B.....

Hotel was in horrible condition. Carpet was completely ripped in some spots. Shower was filthy. Cigarette burns everywhere.

room was not really cleaned well, like i even found some clothes in the drawers.... toilet not flushing was a problem then came overflowing and thus flooding of the bathroom followed you think i should have requested another room but i thought it wont be an available option for me and at that time, it was just practical to stick with it. i was just glad i decided to cancel my original 2-night stay and just stayed for 1 night. coz that would have been really terrible.

Overpriced and uncomfortable I will never stay here again. I don't recommend this to anyone

I chose this place for its location and price. It fully met the requirement. Staff is adequate. No coffee in room. Bed was good and clean. Bathroom was clean.

Considering cost and status is not bad for what it is

They ran out of toilet paper, so we had to go purchase our own. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but the curtains had burn holes in them. The bedspreads had burn holes in them as well. The bathroom door handle is broken, so when you go into the bathroom and grad the handle it either falls on the floor or stays in your hand. The office staff for the most part is pleasant except one young lady she, in my opinion, shouldn't be working in the hospitality industry with her attitude.

they gave me the worst room no ac! and bed was like sleeping on a bed of nails!

Electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, and pet friendly. Nothing worthwhile near by.

The bed was high quality and very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful, and did the very best they could in supplying kitchen items to go along with the kitchen facilities. The TV needs basic old style cable connectors, not even RCA, so an RF converter is required if you're bringing movies to watch. The carpet in our room could use a good shampooing, but the kitchen and bath areas were quite clean. Because of the good value, I would stay here again.

Room was not clean had old style TV didn't feel comfortable left that night to stay another place ... Won't go back

It will be what you expect a place to lay your head

Unclean room and hallways. Unprepared rooms. Tried there times to find one sort of ready.

good very good. but little dirty I dont know but is ok that day I think a little far away from Davis which is my destination but the hotel room is ok

This hotel was so ordinary, I forgot what my stay was like already. But if you're traveling for business, that's a good thing. No surprises!

The experience overall was good...Quiet, very close to freeway's..very cozy..

old , shower drain slow, drunks til 1 am. won't stay there again

There are way better deals available in the area. You can book the 3 star next door for not that much more. Believe me the difference in the 2 is rediculous!!!

All in all its a good stay. Its a bit noisy from kids running around and from the people up stairs.

The staff was helpful and personal, but the hotel itself had its issues. This is primarily an extended stay hotel so if you choose to lodge here be aware that there are a lot of people milling around at all times because its their primary residence. I had several walking past my room at all hours. Also, the handle on the shower was restricted to prevent it from being turned completely to the "hot" position so you'd best be comfortable with a lukewarm shower. The vending machines are located in a room locked with a deadbolt, so you have to go into the office to ask them to unlock the room. The website advertises an iron and an ironing board in every room which is not true. I had to ask at the front desk and then only received an iron and had to use the table in the room as the board.
