Drawer broken, TV was fuzzy (could barely see the screen), refrigerator didn't work, closet pole not secure.

Cockroaches in the bathroom in the first room Given another room, looked okay.

Very nice motel and was conveniently located for our softball trip

Although this is touted as a non-smoking hotel and I had to sign a waiver stating that I would not smoke (anything) in the room-others clearly have not abided by that rule. I had to find a grocery store to but some air freshener-anytime anything was moved-the curtains, bedspread, shower curtain etc- the smell was overwhelming.... and upon entering the room each time. Hotel was full it I would've requested a room change. Pros: free breakfast was decent and location to rowing center was close. Staff pleasant

My room was clean. However all rooms need renovation: scratch and chips on following furniture items. dressets, head board, safely box, bathroom shelf, bath tub etc. Pages of welcome book curled up from constant usage. The pages needed to be replaced. My room was considered one of better rooms. However, worn furniture needs to be replaced. Breakfast needs to serve fresh ingredients. For example, butter was refrigerated hard.. They have soft whipped butter brands.

The furniture in the room was tattered and worn, and the bed was old, creaky and uncomfortable. The television was smaller than my computer screen!

We needed to stay in this area unexpectedly; found this very comfortable for reasonable price. Rooms are standard size. We had to extend our stay to 11 days, which is a long time for two in a somewhat crowded room with 2 queen beds (which we wanted). More walking around space would have been better (rooms with 1 king bed better for that). Beds on the firm side, but fine. Nice to have extra pillows, both soft & firm. Comforters very nice when needed, but too warm sometimes, so we used the bedspreads, which are not soft. The room was clean and had been recently painted/updated. Several rooms nearby were in process of renovation. It's an older facility being upgraded. 1 plumbing issue fixed quickly. Lobby is nice with seating & TV. Fridge & m/w were handy for drinks & dinner leftovers for lunch the next day. Breakfast plentiful, generally good, and included the usual (eggs, sausages, waffles, cereal, yogurt, juices, etc.). Not fancy, but fully met our needs. There's no onsite dining room or food if you miss breakfast that ends at 9:30 (other than vending machines), but free coffee and tea are available all day in the lobby. Pool appeared to be very clean (didn't use). Although near the freeway, we were on the opposite side so freeway noise was barely noticeable; might not be the case on the freeway side. Had some noise from loud next door neighbors two nights - so the rooms are not soundproof, but we rarely had an issue on 3rd floor. Not = to high $ place; but overall positive.

Hotel would not refund any of our money when we had to leave early. I understand that its difficult when booked through a third party like Orbitz but Orbitz was willing to do it if the hotel was so read that as you may. What was upsetting was that I called the hotel when we made the reservation and asked, was it better to book for more nights and would they refund us if we had to cut it short or would it be better to book less nights and try to add nights if needed. He told me it was no problem to refund nights that we did not use and that it would be better to book since it might be busy that week with a couple local events going on. So I was very upset when we found out they would not refund the additional nights that we did not need.

Staff was friendly and I was traveling alone and changed my room so I would not be facing HWY. excellent facilities

comfortable, 3 adults and infant shared one room for a week

hotel is a great value for the price. It was convenient and a nice room.

We arrived and was told the computers were acting up and they may not be able to check us in. The lady at the front desk went on to tell me all about her morning and all the stuff that wasn't done and needed to be done. Not to sound rude but I just wanted to get on my way as we only had one day to explore. I was told we got a new bed in the room we were staying and was excited hoping it would be extremely comfortable, that was a wrong assumption. The location was nice and it served it's purpose.

I loved the location of this hotel! Great food located around it as well as great outdoor activities!

I was in town for a triathlon, and this hotel was just down the street. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and they opened up breakfast early for us before the race. The exterior looks a little run down, but I wasn't expecting much for the price, and it was fine for what it was.

My boyfriend and I both have very demanding jobs and often work weekends. Thus we only have a day or two when we want to go away. This hotel had a fantastic value and everything we needed. The wifi didn't work which is the only problem we had, otherwise it was a great experience.

My AC system was broken so I decided to sleep in a nearby motel. Comfort Inn was pretty cheap and I didn't need all the ammenities of a five star hotel. Unfortunately I ended up in a smoking room and staff couldn't put me in a non-smoking room since non-smoking rooms have a higher rate [...]. Other than the smell of cigarettes, the room was clean. AC kept the room pretty cold. One spare plug by the beds to charge cell phone.

Reception staff was very helpful, especially after the room key did not work. (made two trips). Changed rooms, given an upgrade? Room was okay but lacked detailed cleaning.ie: poor housekeeping. Shelves appeared to have been dusted weeks ago. TV remote did not work. Needed to be programed? Just prior to our departure, observed a black spider, looked very much like a black widow, on wall in bathroom.
