Not good on phone service. Got a more pleasant response after arrival.

Good stay except I didn't like being on the 3rd floor near the elevator you can hear everything and everyone.

My only issue is carrying heavy luggage to second floor.

Relaxed, quiet experience. I would recommend to someone else and would also stay again

The Hotel was right off the freeway. Staff was helpful. Rooms were clean and efficient. It was a business trip, close to the location I was going. Centrally located. I would stay there again if necessary.

Free breakfast, clean room, cozy bed and walking distance to Old Town and Downtown Sac.

At least there weren't any bed bugs. If you were hiding from someone they would look for you here.

A decent place, but the mini fridge was empty. My Manservant used all the towels and the carpet tasted funny. I found the toilet frustrating to use as it was not self flushing.

The location is too difficult for us seniors. The hotel is located in a turn or curve on a very busy street. The curve creates a blind spot and traffic is moving at a rapid speed, too scary for us. If our reaction time were better, the hotel would be a good choice for the value. The parking lot is small and difficult to maneuver safely. The staff was excellent.

room was the smell bad.the Floor was bumpy unstable. breakfast Good

Staff was wonderful and very convenient location to shopping, dining, and a beautiful park across the street by the river.

Overall the room was nice...location was best part of experince

Awesome...I had most fun of my life...if I could I would go back and stay for a week

Hotel is fine. Yes, there are poor people in the neighborhood and only stairs to 2nd floor but for the economy, it was fine.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. The location was perfect, especially considering there was a convenience store next door and another across the street for late night snacks and a toothbrush. The room was quite comfortable and rather quiet (considering it was right next to the freeway). I had to be downtown early in the morning and the hotel was only a few minutes drive from my destination.

This is a good motel if you are driving along the 5 and need a place to stay for the night.

The room was hot, smell bad,the bathroom looks dirty. The people around the hotel looks homeless. Not good for family.

Nothing special, but nothing bad. It didn't cost much, and I slept real good like. I'd go back.

Great place to stay. Average in all respects. Location was convenient right off of I5 but really dangerous to walk in area after dark.

When I arrived at the hotel in my non smoking room it had an extremely strong smell of marijuana as if someone had just smoked right before I walked in.
