Should lower your current rating down a notch or more. Smelt like sewer and cigarettes combination.

I booked 6 rooms on 12/2/17 for 1-night stay. One of my friends stayed in Room#236 and had bed bug rash. He went to doctor for treatment afterwards. My room has dust on desk and sink area. This hotel is not clean.

Reasonable hotel to stay for 1 - 2 day near downtown. Staffs are good and understandable for late checkout request. Will recommend if you need to save money and stay close to downtown. 0.6 miles walk to California State Capitol.

Room missing fire alarm. Smelled of smoke even though a non-smoking room. Empty continental breakfast. Beds were nice.

Was delayed on arrival and being able to checkin at late hours was helpful

not the best hotel to stay at, but pleasant people at check-in and convenient to downtown Sacramento

For starters after i checked in and went up to my room my room smelt so horrible of smoke i went back down to twll them as there was a sign saying if you break any rules they charge you and 1 rule was smoking in the room he said okay. The place and people seemed sketch, people walking around all hoirs of night and there continental breakfast was cerial and coffee... not worth the money in any way shape or form

The first room was poorly cleaned as was the second.Towels could use some fabric softener and bleach. Dirty wash cloth was left hanging to dry on shower rod. dirty handprints on the door frames. Internet did not work most of the night.

very dirty. odd smell. no comforter = cold night / had to blast the heater all night (luckily that worked fine) bad area

Got into gown late, and had to leave very early was only there for a brief visit. Got a prompt response when I rang the after-hours bell, service was friendly, and was told that since I had to leave very early, I could simply leave the keycard by the nightstand and be on my way. No complaints!

thehotel was not what i excpeted. the location was in one of the worst areas. the hotel staff was the only think that was pleasant the woman who runs it was very nice to us.

This hotel (motel?)'s price was favorable and the room was more than adequate, but the extra advantages are: (1) the major rental car companies are within a short walk, (2) the bus to the airport is also just a short walk, (3) a variety of decent restaurants are also close by, and (4) it's a quiet location relative to other lodging areas in Sacramento, which tend to be noisy with traffic. Staff are friendly and helpful. No negatives to report.

The overbooked and refused to give me a room despite reserving plenty time in advance. Rude and unapologetic.

The room can smell the smoke in the nonsmoking room, but anything is good

Koo hotel clean room. Water in bathroom took awhile to get hot bt other then tht nice room. Jus used it for a one nightstand.

Great location for the price. Room is very roomy, has everything you need. AC works well. Staff seemed busy most of the time, but that's ok. About an 8 minute walk away from the convention center!

I' m booked for king size bed, but there's no available upon arrival, only queen size bed is available. Room cleanliness not good also, not impressive.

It was an Okay stay. It was clean but nothing special. Had a decent time. May return again.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the location is good restaurants are at a walking distance. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

was pretty good for price would've paid more for better
