Disappointed with late check-in at 4pm instead of 3pm as maximum expected. Luggage taken to our room 1 hour after the room was given to us. Room smelling cigar. Very few people working in the area for check-in/check-out for such a big hotel causing delays. Disappointed because no more food can be ordered after 4:30pm in the swimming pool area. We will not return to Hotel Arts Barcelona.

Top hotel! At the level of Four seasons and more!! Service like in the top flagship hotels. Rooms are spacious and very nice. With the views and location, Will return for sure!
Our room was right next to the door to the pool. You could hear it opening and slamming shut until after 3:30am. Loved the hotel and our room but the fact that I spent so much money to stay there and got no sleep was extremely disappointing. The hotel was beautiful but when I look back on my experience what I'll most remember is being woken up every 15 minutes by a slamming door.

Relaxing Inspiring environment. Arriving in the room (very clean and organized for the busy business traveler) with great views, allowing to write read and study reports and agreements without disruption and noise from neighboring rooms. Very enjoyable place.
The Arts meet my expectations but the check I. And check out had quite a wait with many guest checking in at 3 due to hotels policy's they need more than 2-3 people at counter this was my only complaint other that that issue I highly recommend """Don't go to the Pullman down the street they are disrespectful and very tricky just want your money and don't care about the reason you are in Spain in the first place it's Terribile stay at Arts!!
Decor was very tired and hotel was very run down for a luxury property. Very disappointing. We were moved twice before we were given a nice room. Not what we were expecting.
