Too much noise from property across the street. Everything else was good, especially the staff.
It was fine. I couldn't get in the other hotels I would prefer more. I wanted a unobstructed view and requested a high floor, 4 months before I got there and was given the bottom floor. The staff is okay.
Property was beautiful and modern. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious. It was an easy walk for us from the train station but less active people might struggle- so they can take a taxi.

Thank you very much for writing a review. You booked the least expensive room and regrettably that room category does not have a view to the Matterhorn. It is stated on Expedia which rooms have a view to the Matterhorn. As other guest booked the more expensive rooms with Matterhorn view an upgrade was not possible. However, instead of giving you a room towards the road and neighbouring houses, we allocated you the room on the ground floor, with view across field and the river.
