The fitness center was closed our entire stay and the wi-fi quality was poor cutting out while using
It was noisy especially nighttime.
Good deal
Starting at the room door, there is a gap underneath the bottom of the door and the strip, you can see outside. So, it makes sense i had a bug in my room. The bed? Can i really call it that? I awoke in pain as the hardness of the bed hit presure points. The bathroom... a scary place. The shower curtain had brown and red stains. There was hair on the shower wall from someone who was clearly tall that was missed and the tub was not clean if you really looked. I was afraid to walk on the carpet barefooted and the pool.... i hate getting pool water in my mouth usually because of the chlorine but the was a entirely different experience; the water taste what i would believe urine would taste like. There wasn't the usually blue pool color, more greenish. The elevator is the slowest thing you could ever ride, just take the stairs.
Everthing was fine… room was great..can’t complain!!
Nice area, close to oxbow public market, downtown, etc. Thin walls, you hear everything.
Overall our experience was great. This was our first trip to Napa Valley. The hotel was about 25 mins away from the wineries we wanted to visit but with the scenic drive the drive felt quick. Uber is available as well. One thing to note is if you are trying to check in early you will need to show up in person. It is not guaranteed but showing up in person got us in early. This location is in walking distance from restaurants and stores. The breakfast was good and free coffee all day. Over all we would stay here again
location was good, clean. Matt, the check in clerk was especially good.
The new computer system delayed our check-in for over an hour.
Everything was wonderful.
We stayed for a week and could have stayed for a year. Everything was wonderful.
Very homely atmosphere. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful
