Less than pleasant. Elevator issues.Mold in bathroom. Bathroom exhaust not working. Shower curtain rod issue was reported but never fixed causing water splash across bathroom

Women at check in was super nice and the room was clean. Even as a budget hotel La Quinta has nicely styled rooms and breakfast area. The family got a very comfortable nights sleep and no real problems. On the down side the electric heat in the room smelled bad enough that we couldn't use it. When the manager asked how things were I mentioned this and he was dismissive saying it probably hadn't been used in a while. That's great. I'd think a burning smell would elicit more concern or interest. Not that I thought it was dangerous but still. Breakfast was fine but over by 9am so if you want to sleep a little late and then eat you're going elsewhere.

One staff member working desk needs to be more courteous and understanding.

For a hotel in this price range, we were extremely satisfied. Spacious room, comfortable beds, good heating, and a nice dining area downstairs which we visited during their free breakfast. Definitely will not hesitate to choose La Quinta in the future.

We checked in and was initially given a dirty room! Asked to change room or upgrade and had difficulty doing so. The pool was drained and under repair, the restaurant was closed, and the lounge was supposed to have a d.j. play until 12a.m. and went to lounge at 10:30 p.m. and d.j. was gone and lights out!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful but notice should have been given about not all of the facility being opened!! Very disappointed.

Room was clean and had the amenities promised. Shower drain ran slow but otherwise I had no issues. Staff was helpful and friendly. Good value for the cost.

I would love to stay here again, but hope not to get a room on the 4th floor....our room and two others to which we were to move had doors that didn't open without trying again and again and then asking the desk clerk and others for help. That said...we were finally put into a suite on the 5th floor and were quite comfortable, but know we couldn't afford to do that ourselves. The staff was outstanding in this matter and also when we needed to stay another night because of a family crisis. They found us a fabulous rate under those circumstances. We need to come into that area often and would like to give this hotel another chance.

Have never experienced a more helpful staff from the front desk personnel to the manager on site....all problems were dealt with swiftly and thoroughly. Would give the staff an A+++....we are grateful for each of them.

This may sound trivial, but the toilet paper was nasty, rough, and inconsistent with the rest of the experience. The facility used to be a Holiday Inn and has been done over nicely. On Saturday night there was a nice 60's music dance club on the ground floor. We weren't looking for the entertainment but were certainly to find it!

Great stay, but the bathtub floor had a mat "glued" on it probably to cover up some flaws. As I was bathing my 2 year old, I noticed glue floating in his bathtub water, which is unsafe, the mat was beginning to peel off and glue kept coming off from under the mat. Our room keys were deactivated twice. After coming back to the room after a long day at relatives, it was after midnight and my 2 year old was asleep we were only to find out our key card was deactivated, staff told us they automatically deactivate keycards after 3 days??? I have never heard of that in all my years of traveling and our reservations were made for 4 nights??? The morning we were packing the car to check out, it was 9am and my fiance left the room to load the car and could not get back in because, again, the key card had been deactivated. Staff said "sorry" but could not do anything else. Stated "you can't expect us to give you a free night or anything like that can you?" A little rude, but we overcame it. Ice machines were also very old and did not work for the most part.

The hotel staff were very friendly. My husband and I stayed two nights as we were in town for a funeral. While the carpeting could use refreshing and walls brightened up, we found the room to be clean and comfortable enough.

Only spent one night but the room was fine, Pool was a little crowded

Even tho only one nighter, stay was very plesant. Hotel grounds were well kept and pool area clean and inviting.Room was very clean- no bugs,stains or shody furnishings. Staff were friendly (esp. day manager and head of housekeeping).Shoping (Deptford Mall) and restaurants (Applebees, Bonefish/Outback, Pizza Hut and others) w/in 10 min drive. Overall, 41/2 * rating. Very nice.

The room that I booked [...] was suppose to have mini fridge and microwave, my room had neither. When I asked the front desk attendant she said that I had to prove to her that i booked a room w/ those ammenities. [...] The following morning I spoke with the manager and she said "I'm sorry for the inconvience here is a $20 off for BREAKFAST ONLY coupon." And that is all that was done. I never got that microwave nor mini fridge.

solid value and clean

For a hotel in this price range, we were extremely satisfied. Spacious room, comfortable beds, good heating, and a nice dining area downstairs which we visited during their free breakfast. Definitely will not hesitate to choose La Quinta in the future.
