Reservation went fine. I arrived at the hotel later and the staff was receptive and courteous. The room was dated, but appeared cleaned and stocked

Very nice employees at this motel. I have stayed here mutiple of times and each time the gentleman that works there has been very accommodating. The breakfast is good for the price.

For the money, it was comfortable and clean. We had difficulty getting internet service and although the staff tried to fix the problem, we continued to have difficulty. They did offer to compensate us but because we had paid through orbitz they were unable to credit us. They did suggest we mention it next time we stay there for a future credit. The breakfast area was very small and crowded. All in all, we found it to be comfortable but would probably be willing to spend more next time.

Was there for a conference. Great location . Close to downtown

Highly Recommended this Hotel to stay in Ruidoso! they have a great front desk staff & room service!

The hotel is very convinient to everything in Ruidoso, value for the price, clean, good breakfast. We were skiing all day and just needed a place to sleep. not a resort with hot tub and luxury, but we were not looking for it. if we would need romantic time, there are plenty cabins for 200$/night vs this hotel for 40$! go, Teavelodge.

The dead bolt on the door didn't work and the other lock was broke off of the door we had to put a chair up at the door. We just left a day before to come back home. The floor in the bathroom was stick e. The bed was bad.

First, you charged me $453 for four nights. The hotel gives you 20% discount if you stay three or more nights. I feel that you should have known that and charged me $90 less. Second, the hotel is a dump. The toilet rocked because the bolts were broken, the shower head sprayed out the back and the exhaust fan didn't work. The furniture was old and wobbly - both chairs and the table. Also, the only ice machine was broken. I am totally disappointed with you and the hotel.

Location was good, but that was about the only thing. Water did not work in the sink the first night. Staff was not good at all. I will never stay in that motel again. Sorry but it was not a good experience at all.

The room was old and smelled bad. AC and heater. Worked, TV was great just the old misty smell.

Better than average Travelodge. I have stayed in some filthy Travelodges so was wary of this one but it turned out to be very clean. We had rented a rollaway bed but couldn't fit it into the room. What are they thinking? A good, cheap place to stay in you are just travelling through since it is right next to the highway. There is no parking near the rooms but every room is on the first level. The complimentary breakfast was better than most Travelodges since it offered hot waffles but they provided no fruit, bread for toast, or real cream for the coffee.

manager was kind enough to help me out on a day that i was stranded without transportation. staff very prompt at meeting my every need. nice experience thanks Charlotte

Good breakfast and working internet. Next door to a great little shopping strip and also next door to a great steak house. Also only one mile from the race track. Very good location for the price.

The pool is nice but the hot tub needs work. Water isn't hot enough and it had a natural gas smell. Room is decent size - new tv but bedding is worn; blanket and comforter were thin. Walls are wafer thin - we could hear our neighbor's tv clearly (could make out the weather report). Was able to drown it out by turning on AC, which was so loud it disturbed our sleep. Bath towels are too small and scratchy. Asked for extra towels and they were out. Offered us pool towels, which were even smaller. Very noisy in the morning. Not sure if it was the workers or other guests. This probably isn't the motel's fault, but I guess when you stay at a discount motel, you run the risk of being around rude people. We're talking 7 am. Didn't eat the complimentary breakfast, but it looked standard - cold cereal and muffins.

Very cheap location and decent for the middle of Town

The hotel was a good choice as it was close to a concert venue we were attending. The continental breakfast was better than most. They have a $5 pet fee which is great

I Thought The Room was comfortable Had all the comforts you need The Staff were Wonderful very patient and nice I will stay there we i go back

this hotel wasn't too bad. the hotel is old but clean. there were a couple of issues though. the coffee maker and clock radio didn't work. the door to the bathroom wouldn't close (the people next door had the same issue) and there was an ironing board but no iron. overall not bad.

The rooms were run down you can see they are up grading we think they had carpet out side that looks to be replacing in the rooms. candy machine was empty have stayed in alot better rooms that cost a lot less.

There is some renovation going on so on the outside it isn't the best, but brand new beds and linens make up for it.
