I arrive in him in Hamburg early and was able to check in, staff was very friendly and helpful with everything that you asked of them . Room was comfortable and clean easy access to Subway,bus to the local grocery store.

It is a very nice modern hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff is great. Parking is available underneath the building, and although it does cost money, you can pay at the desk with your hotel room fee. I would deathly recommend it for people flying out of Hamburg. It was very convenient to the airport.
Hotel was great. Clean large everything great except for the parking. They wanted 30 Euro a day for parking so we had to park on the street. Found one about 3 blocks away.
We were late checking in due to a canceled flight, our family dropped off an extra piece of luggage for us which was no problem being held at hotel, we ended up at wrong Leonardo hotel yikes (there are two near airport in Hamburg)!! The hotel clerk helped by calling the other hotel manager who gave us a free taxi cab over to our correct hotel. Very friendly and helpful. We only slept for 4 hours there, but was a relief to have a bed and shower at a decent price. thank you!
We had a great experience. Bar and food was very good and room was clean and large just hot with poor airconditioning
On a business trip, the hotel has a convenient shuttle. Overall it is excellently kept and the staff are supremely courteous and helpful! The bartenders/waiters were lovely! I'm coming back.
Cosy hotel, clean and well established. A high speed internet really means a high speed and thanks for this. A bit distant when commuting, but close to airport. Parking is quite narrow, but underground.
