I am disabled and walk with a cane. When I arrived at the registration desk to check in, the staff member was training a new staff member. Okay, I understand. But the training process took so long that I had to tell the staff member that I needed to sit down because I could not stand up so long through the complete trading process. After making this request, fortunately, the training immediately stopped and the staff member took over and quickly completed the registration. I believe the staff person who was trying someone was short sided. Firstly, I walk with a cane and was walking very, very slow to the front desk. I was the only person checking in. Secondly, when I arrived to the desk I asked if there were any accessibility rooms available. I was told all the accessibility rooms were sold out. Okay, I just took a normal room I purchased online for the evening. My concern here is that the front desk staff knew I was disabled in two ways and still took a trainee through a long-term process making me wait for a long time as he trained the new employee for registration. This was a poor decision. He should have stopped the training and took care of me quickly to provide no delay for my registration without me having to ask to sit down while he was training someone. I was in a lot of pain last night and was having trouble walking and standing. The staff person was more interested in training the new staff member than assessing my needs as a disabled customer.

Very satisfactory, no complaints! We were happy with everything.
Well appointed, newly remodeled. Excellent pool, restaurant. Decent price. In easy walking distance to CVS and a number of good restaurants.
We enjoyed the beautiful site plan, very classy lobby area, and spacious room. The beds were clean and comfortable, the furniture and decorations very appealing, and even the hallways were wider than most, which added to the elegant spaciousness.
Good Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were thoroughly cleaned and always had enough towels on hand. Comfortable beds to which I owe a good night sleep.
THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PLEASANT. ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN.
Very clean. My friend had her rehearsal dinner here and we stayed here the night after the wedding. Would definitely stay again
Never EVER stay here. Just don't do it. The horrible low-life management doesn't deserve your business. Stay at the Double Tree up the street.
The breakfast buffet isn't bad as long as you like overcooked scrambled eggs and extra crispy bacon. For any other meals, eat out! Had the Chicken & pasta with mushrooms on the first night, it was disgusting. The rooms are what you would expect mostly. The Heater/AC is a bit loud if you're a light sleeper. Staff is nice & helpful.
The Holiday Inn was a plesant stay. Location was good with nearby eating options and a quiet surrounding. The room was well maintained and very comfortable. The staff was adequate. Service wasn't poor, but didn't didn't stand out as particularly welcoming or attentive - just good. An included breakfast would have been a nice amenity addition.
We were in Roswell for a wedding so the room was primarily just a place to sleep and store our things. However, when travelling, quality rest time is at a premium. The desk staff was friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The room was clean and quite comfortable; the only oddity was that the pillows seemed to be irregularly short in length which was particularly apparent on a king sized bed. The bed itself was very comfortable to lie in. The breakfast buffet was decent for the $10. The pool and jacuzzi looked clean and inviting but the weather was too chilly and we didn't bring our suits. The wi-fi network access was free but signal strength varied greatly, depending on where the device was within the room.
I stayed 2 nites and three days. I got into the room it was very clean and nice. However the phone did not wrk. I told the front desk and she said she put in a wrk order and did not, Had to use cell phone the hole time, and walk down to the front desk. The key for some reason kept deactivating and had to go back to the front desk two nites to get into my room. The hotel it self should have the pool open longer than seven o'clock who ever herd of seven o'clock. lastly when i first arrived i ask the front desk women if they had a Jacuzzi and she said no, On the way to my room i seen the pool and Jacuzzi. Talk about not knowing your work environment.
Very nice and clean accomodations - Great service!
I left my room for an 8am appointment and wasnt able to get back for checkout until after 1pm. The front desk staff was great !!! They reactivated my room key so I could get my bags and didnt charge me extra for the late checkout.
