The common areas need updating. Just the furniture seems worn out. Overall, the hotel looks like it’s an old hotel. But there were no major issues.
Something not solid about the flooring in the room. It felt like it was not firmly attached to what was under it.
I would never stay at this place or use Orbitz for another booking as long as I live.

Convenient location clean and a decent place to stay but the front desk ppl were so rude and unfriendly. I have never ever been to a place that had the rudest front desk staff u would think that u were staying in a run down motel

They told me when i called there was a shuttle to the Marta train station during the week and to call when I got in on my flight. I called and they said that it was unavailable that the shuttle driver was "busy" all day. Very frustrating i was given inaccurate information

The bed was amazing and those pillows. I dnt think I moved my head not one time on those pillows. I will be buying some for my home.

Pros: Staff was friendly and greeted you every time you walked through the door. Cons: Semi Dirty room upon arrival, deadbolt didn't lock, room had an unusal smell to it. I felt online reviews were misleading. Im glad we mostly used it for a place to just lay our head and shower. I wouldn't book here again.
The building is on the new side but it’s going downhill fast due to lack of cleaning. The staff are rude and lots of in and out traffic by people not staying there.
