The staff was OK, the property looked tired. One of the two elevators was out of order. When arriving and going to my room, both Keys didn’t work. This happened the next two days also. They were out of coffee for breakfast for approximately 25 minutes.
cleanliness was basic and bare minimum. In room sheets were clean and bathroom was cleaned. But carpet was not vacuumed. Towels were old. Hallways and elevator was dirty. Breakfast was very bad quality and staff were rude, closed the breakfast 12 mins before time. Did not use gloves while handling food - even put food in her mouth while wiping the breakfast counter.
It was a good property but our room had no closet for our coats, the sofa had a very squeaky spring, and there was no lamp for lighting in the sitting area (had to move a bed table lamp over there to see properly).

I really liked that this property was pet friendly, yet very clean. The amenities were great, and they had breakfast in the mornings. It’s in an area not far from plenty of restaurants and shops.
Bed not comfortable and noisy, don’t stay here if you want a good nights sleep.

Decent hotel
Great staff, very clean, met our needs for anything we needed in the room. We had a billing mix up but it was fixed right away by them. They were very welcoming of our dog as well. I recommend this hotel.
Bathtub faucet leaking, could hear drips throughout the night. Overpriced compared to other nearby hotels.
I liked the friendlness of the staff and of being welcomed the moment i walked into the hotel. The suite was excelent.
