Room was dirty and in need of a lot of upgrades.
I was very surprised at the level of this hotel compared to the price. It was filthy, the ac didn’t work, it felt unsafe and extremely run-down.
Bed was clean, but the rest of the room wasnt cleaned properly. My phone didnt work,sink faucet was broke, toilet had to be fixed by maintenance on arrival, and the tub was clogged.
Good location, friendly staff, good parking and good price. Key cards sometimes didn’t work. Everything else worked well. Microwave and refrigerator are nice at this price. My room was nice and quiet. Not upscale but a decent bargain.
I'd stay there again. I like the convenience of stores, shops, restaurans and the mall near by.

The property definitely needed some updates. The first room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke. The second room the dresser draws were off track, the sliding glass doors to the closet were off track and the front door was hard to close, amongst many other things that were poorly kept at the hotel. The first apprarance, the lobby was very poor. The room needed painting.
Let me begin by saying that the persons at the front desk were very polite and overall helpful. However, everything else about the property was below what you'd expect at any hotel/motel. The room smelled of smoke. Compared to years past, the interior of the room was in disrepair. Our stay was for three nights and maid service never stopped by on the second day. Finally, there was a significant snow fall on the second day (before the second night - 4 to 6 inches). Almost 48 hours later no snow had been removed. On the day we checked out, there was a sheet of ice between the door to our room and our vehicle that was about 100 feet.

It looked fine but my room smelled like stale cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. Otherwise, it’s ok.
