Located in the Puig Rom area (urbanization on the mountain in front of the harbour of Roses) at 2.000m from the beach and the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, shops and its large sandy beach.

At 2.000m there is the beach of Canyelles (fine natural sand beach with 3 beach restaurants, a supermarket and bakery open seasonally).

Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travellers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini-golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train to take a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands reservation Natural, animations in summer, walk along the seafront with many restaurants and local specialities. Sweet Apartment

Great little apartment and well equipped. There is a double bed and a sofa that folds out and is very comfortable. There was a slight musty smell but i`m sure if you went later in the year this would not be present. We were quite early in the year so the place was nice and quiet. There might be a different vibe later as the year progresses. Nathalie and her friend were very friendly and understanding about us having to change travel plans due to SNCF action and accommodated us accordingly. I have read someone complaining about the distance from town and beach and you need a vehicle. A vehicle would be handy as it is a bit of a walk and a steep hill. We had a vehicle and smallish kids but often chose to walk. It depends what you want out of a holiday but the walk takes about 40 mins and has many benefits. You can make the most of the stunning views both during the day and evening among them. Some hi-viz would make you feel more visible when light isn`t brilliant. Walking enables you to eat an extra Tapa !

Superbe!!!

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cette résidence sur les hauteurs de Rosas. Le logement est très bien équipé, la salle de bain comme neuve, le lit confortable. Tout y est! Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette location. Éventuellement informer que l'accès est escarpé, 200 m de dénivellation, et pas de wifi. Par contre, appartement sympa, piscine super, surtout après la montée en vélo!

Très bel endroit mais très peu de respect autour de la piscine

Très bien mais bcp de comportements inadéquats de résidents dans la piscine : nourriture, ballons sauvages, très bruyants jusque parfois minuit,.. Il faudrait un gardien pour faire mieux respecter l endroit qui est magnifique et entretenu.

L'appartement correspond exactement au descriptif de l'annonce. parfaitement fonctionnel et bien entretenu. Situé proche de la ville sur une colline qui surplombe la ville et offre une jolie vue par endroits. La responsable (Mme Goldbaum) est une personne très sympathique et arrangeante. Accueil impeccable. Ce site est propice aux familles et aux couples.
