Stayed for six days. Limited staff made it difficult to have room refreshed. Staff on the job were very friendly and professional. Good breakfast with excellent service

This hotel was very close to O’Hare airport and near the Rosemont horizon. The staff was excellent and friendly.
Not very accommodating
I loved the outdoor swimming pool, community grill and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good (hot and cold options). I was unimpressed with cleaning crew or maybe the cleaning crew guidelines. We stayed for two nights. No one came to clean the room/make the bed while we were there. We had to find our own towels for the room and ask many times for towels by the pool. it was a bit of an inconvenience but otherwise, the stay was very pleasant.
I’ve never had to pay for parking at a hotel outside the city and this was not clear at the time I made my reservation, but there is a $12 per night charge. Bed was uncomfortable and sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Not enough blankets/sheets and only 2 towels provided for a 3-person reservation. Lights out in the hallway and due to location near a dispensary, weed smell inside is very strong. We have stayed at the Oak Brook location and it was much nicer.
This hotel is showing its wear and there’s trash all over the parking lot and a lot of ants crawling around in the rooms. Fitness room had no cleaning wipes, no towels, nothing to clean equipment with (which was covered in sweat from previous users). I asked at the front desk, expecting they’d put a canister of wipes in the fitness room—instead I was given three wipes in a sandwich bag. Asked for a blanket for the pull-out couch, told they didn’t have any. Asked for a basketball for the court and they only had an unusable deflated ball and no air pump. The staff were very kind, but there was a definite feeling of “This is what we’re dealing with—sorry!” Did Marriott cut budgets or something?

The room looked different from the advertised picture, so I was a little disappointed in less space, but it had other good things. It was overall a pleasant stay and very clean
I did not like that when I got there the receptionist was doing something at the computer and I waited to see If he noticed me, but I have to say Hello to get his attention, even though the door makes a sound when you enter the property
