Our original lodging in London fell thru and we needed to find alternative at the last minute. Other hotels in this price range were an hour or more outside of London. This property is located about five minutes walk from the Earl’s Court tube station. It was a good 30 minutes walk to the Museum of Natural History but we made the walk and it was enjoyable. The lady at check in was friendly and informative of the surrounding area and London. Other staff we encountered, day and night, were friendly as well. We were assigned room number 8. It was oddly located in between floors so not wheelchair accessible. It was small but clean with comfortable beds and warm shower. Will not hesitate to return.

I booked the area because of its location. Staf was awesome, polite, held my luggage for me. Every day i saw a new staff face they were always smiling and very nice.
I liked everything. The crew are very nice and the cleaning was good. Nothing to say I don’t like.
