Great place clean very nice
I didn’t like they had bed bugs and brown stuff floating in the toilet when I got into my room. And music blasting at 1 am complained to management and they said I need a doctors note when I don’t have insurance.
Just made a quick 1 night stay - booked last minute. The staff was very friendly & attentive. Rooms were average - nothing too fancy, but clean. Bathroom was very clean, but unfortunately we did have an issue with the toilet not flushing properly the morning we were departing. Staff at the front desk seemed to take the issues quite seriously when brought to their attention at check-out. Overall, a good value for the price.
Hotel staff was amazing. The room and the hotel could use a little updating or a heavy cleaning.
Arrived at 2:06am, it's took 28 minutes to check in. I had too leave 9am. *Their computer froze * Printer didn't worked * They couldn't find my name on computer * Luckily my room was double bed, I'm positive in first one sheet wasn't changed.
The wife and I were in Bolingbrook for a date night. With Friends good food great music. Decide to spend the night out being that we had stayed here at this hotel before it was no brainer.
The location was good (for me), check-in staff were friendly. Room was decent, not great. Overall, I was happy with the overall stay.
Comfortable spacious would stay again loved the kitchen and the regular sized fridge

Hotel was located close to golf course for IL Open tournament which was a plus. Adjacent to expressway but very quiet in room.
Perfect Location for our family Reunion. We did wait about 45 minutes to check in to our room, very busy and only 1 employee at the desk. It was 2:00 on a Saturday
Nothing special, but a decent place to stay... Some Towels and blanket had stains but overall decently clean.
Great location - near a gas station with mini market and Cracker Barrel. The room was clean with a good internet connection. The kitchen could have used some paper towels or napkins. The front desk guy was friendly and very helpful when I needed coins for the tollway.
Safe, clean place to stay in the Chicago area!! What more could you want! We went to the Nascar race at Chicagoland speedway for the weekend. Location is great, was near Nascar track and easy to get there. Stayed there 3 nights. I am always worried about a safe place to stay and a safe place to park my car while in the Chicago area. This place has a well lighted parking lot. The rooms are clean! I would stay here again and I would reccommend staying here. Lots of nearby places to eat, from fast food to nice restaurants.
A recent stay at the Extended Saty Hotel in Romeoville IL was outragous and disgusting. This hotel should be closed immediately and Orbitz should not accept reservations for this property. Contacting the staff on a major Nascar weekend turned out to be a waist of time. The manager was not on property the entier weekend leaving her staff to face very upset customers on their own. Do not stay in this property if you value any common sence of a clean hotel

This was the perfect place for my business trip. The hotel was clean and since I did not need many extras i.e. fitness center, resturant, etc. it was good. My room had a few maintenance issues but for the most part OK. Road traffic is extremely heavy near the hotel and the interstate highway adjacent to my side of the building was very noisy. Soundproofing is something that needs to considered as part of a remodel plan. The hotel is typical of all Extended Stay properties. There is a mixture of long term non-business residents, construction workers and long term business people.
